When you bought it as a pre-owned item, did the previous owner give you a receipt or something? Because I wanted to get my pre-owned wallet hot stamped too but they asked for a receipt... Do they need the receipt?
Not all , I go to LV store and ask the SA if they can make hotstamp my LV reporter bag , they said they only do it in tags, contrast to the LV promo that they stamp all piece with leather on it,
