Great stuff Emma, another way to look at it is 8ths on the feet with a 16th roll on the hands. Good way to practice is to not use the cymbal and just play the 16ths on the snare with the aim to split this between snare and cymbal eventually. Blasts are strange at first fo the brain and body to learn.
