That’s a great question - I think the platform would be just fine for those with and without medical conditions. It’s very easy to rack, being it’s a full size a tad heavier than a compact of course, and the recoil is very minimal. I’d say go for it! Worst case stop by your local gun range and rent any 5.7 pistol, that should give you a definitive idea of how it’ll be for you! Thank you for the question and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Appreciate your timely, and helpful, answer. We’re heading to the range this weekend, and will try to rent a 5.7. Best wishes. Look forward to more content from you.
@davidmatz4755 Awesome! Have a fantastic time at the range and drop a line after you get some time behind one. Let me know your thoughts! I’ll see you around the channel 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Had to postpone our trip to the range until next Sunday. Meanwhile, I’ve read some reviews that PSA’s customer service is less than stellar. Customers have reported that no one picks up the phone, nor responds to emails. Now, you can’t please everyone all the time. But I’ve seen more than a few complaints that could indicate a pattern. Have you had occasion to deal with the customer service folks there?
@davidmatz4755 I get it - sometimes things happen, I’m sure you’ll make it next weekend. PSA sells a vast amount of firearms, they’re certainly not perfect but they generally make a solid product. I luckily haven’t had to use their warranty. All of my PSA guns, which I have quite a few haven’t been into warranty service.
Much appreciated! The holsters are from CYA Supply, they make them specially for the micro dagger and dagger. As well as other brand pistols. Hope this helps, check them out they have some good prices and solid products. Thanks for the comment and for being part of the squad 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@MichelleGordon-p6t You’re right - as of now they’ve got holsters for factory and lightly modded pistols, including those with optics on them. Not sure if WML’s will be included with the configuration in the future. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
LP definitely left a memorable mark on me, a staple of childhood music along with others I listen to. Thanks for the comment, I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Lots of online retailers, this one came from Amazon! There’s a number of different options on there, search the website for “scope leveling wedge.” Hope this helps, thanks for the comment and for you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Thank you, Next video?, How do I purchase so my kids no longer need a level to set their scopes. I am totally committed. Honestly I can machine myself BUT it is your gig, I will buy from you.
You’re absolutely right they don’t make it specifically for the PSA Dagger. They make one for the gen 3 Glock 19 platform, which is what the Dagger is based off. Thus, if you add this trigger like any other major upgrade, do so at your own risk. Apex won’t be of any help in this scenario, mainly because they didn’t build this trigger specifically for the PSA Dagger nor did they test it in said gun. Thanks for the comment, hope this helps. I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸. P.S.- In most cases Glock 19 gen 3 parts should work in our PSA Daggers, and swap right over without issue. There can be exceptions but generally speaking things should be smooth.
Good question - they don’t wiggle side to side, however, they’ve got about 1mm of play forward and back. That being said you’ve got to put a little muscle in it for the baseplate to wiggle. Otherwise it stays put - no rattling or movement normally. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I’m no match for your muscles lol. My mags were stiff in the beginning but they’ve gotten better after some use. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@VPTACTICAL np, love the video. I have the retard strength. The last couple rounds were tough, but I've left my mags loaded for a few weeks and it has seemed to help
It’s a sweet sounding exhaust that’s for sure, I anticipated the drone and picked up two 12” resonators that I had welded in place. I still get a bit of drone but I can only imagine not having a resonator at all. I wasn’t aware that resonator tips were a thing, pretty cool. Thanks for the feedback 🤙🏻🤙🏻.
I believe Palmetto is U.S. only to my knowledge, importing guns over seas is a big task. Heck even just getting guns to the U.S. from brands like HK and others comes with a lot of red tape. Thanks for the comment, I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I have a Geissele super duty 11.5 upper and Noveske Chainsaw lower I’m wanting to put this optic on. Just can’t decide between green or red. I’ve always wanted to try green but I just don’t think I’ll pick it up as fast as the red
Green definitely stands out across most surfaces, unless it’s a really dense green background. There’s certainly pros and cons to both, worst case you pick up one second hand to try it out or maybe a friend who’s got green dot optics. Hope that helps - sounds like a sweet setup btw! Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@DioChavez I totally get it, my eyes certainly prefer it - they pick it up really fast. I can still use red without issue, however, I’m drawn to the green for sure. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Not for everybody - I understand, to each their own. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸. P.S. - when RU-vid creators start posting links they typically start blocking the comments section. Not allowing us or you to comment. Not sure if anyone has had a strike against them for it, but wouldn’t be surprised.
Not every barrel is going to fit as your experiencing, the tolerances on the micro are very tight. That being said the barrel I got is from 3CR and the model number is GLK-43-BN-THD. They run about 60 give or take, it was a direct drop in - no modifications needed. I cleaned the barrel, lubed it up, and hit the range. Hope this helps - thanks for the question and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Not how I normally shoot, but oddly enough it felt right at the time lol. I was waiting for someone to say something haha. Guess your the first, winner winner chicken dinner. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Great question - I did not use any optics plate for my pistol red dots. This applies to both the dagger and micro dagger. I’d prefer to get the an optic with the correct cut to begin with. Optic plates are just another component to contend with, plus it may raise your optic so high that you don’t have a cowitness with your iron sights. Hopefully this helps - thanks for the question and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Bought one of these for my G19 and have to say, it's the best I've ever had at tucking the pistol into the body and making it disappear! Very satisfied...
Thanks for the feedback Scott, I’m glad it worked out well for you. I’ve been extremely pleased with the fit, quality, and price point. CYA does a solid job and I’m glad that I found their products. I appreciate you being part of the squad, be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@@VPTACTICAL I also meant to say that I've had my CCW since 2001 and have just about every holster known to man! I love my T1C's, my Blackpoint Tactical, my LAS concealment etc... The list goes on & on. I was in the market for a "cheap" holster for my Shield Plus, ordered the CYA Path and loved it. Now I have one for the G19 and it really did amaze me how well it conceals and how minimalist it is. Good review BTW!
@scottorr5758 Thanks for the kind words, I’m expanding my collection of holsters slowly but surely. It really does make a difference having a quality holster. Cheers! 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Great question - everyone has different methods to their process. I’ve heard of some putting them in the clothes washer with other rags, dish soap & water, others use a degreaser, etc. Me personally would prefer to use dish soap & water, then let them dry before reuse. That being said there are different quality mops, some may come apart more easily than others. Generally though handwashing them with dish soap should be the least abrasive method. I hope this helps - thanks for the question and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@@VPTACTICAL Nope. It’s held on well. I used longer plate mounting screws though. Just wanted a better bite for such a chonky optic. It’s on an AIM Surplus slide.
I totally get it, I’ve been eyeing some of the aim surplus stuff. Those slides look legit, along with grit grips. I’m digging the ported slide/barrel combos, they seem to be the rage.
I’d like something for the micros, compact/full size would be cool too! I really enjoy the micro platform, if I could make it shoot flatter and have faster follow up shots I’m game. I just need to explore more of the different offerings.
i like the 26moa circle option on the cyelee wolf pro. I didn't think i would but it's is easy to locate on a draw. I think that's the only difference. The pro line feels a lot better than the older stuff but they both work.
Thanks for the tip and info, I’m just starting to explore their line up. I’ve got some holosun optics with that circle, makes a big difference with acquisition. I started doing some draw reps with this optic and think I’ve found the sweet spot. I’m sure once you get the mechanics learned it’ll become natural. I appreciate the comment and for you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Hello Eugene, Life is grand and I appreciate you asking. I hope things are doing well for you too. Thanks for the kind words and I’ll see you around the channel. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I looked through the red dot off camera. What I found was at the higher brightness settings it was pretty clear, the lower I turned it down I got some starburst effect going on. Just an FYI.
For a stock ruger AR it should have a carbine buffer, which is pretty common. Armaspec makes a carbine model and that should just swap over no problem. The reason some folks run a heavier weight is usually to reduce some recoil in larger calibers or because they’re running a suppressor. If you’re going to run anything other than the factory comparable weight then you would want to consider an adjustable gas block. Point being if your not going to run suppressed now or ever than the carbine equivalent by Aramspec should work just fine. If you want to double check you could always send Aramaspec an email to confirm. Hope this helps - thanks for the comment and I hope to see you around the channel. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
