This is from 2008. Shucks! I kept looking at Madonna’s face thinking her cosmetic work was removed. She had such real beauty back then. It’s sad that Hollywood women feel the pressure to look young, and do plastic surgery or get fillers to look young. There are many Hollywood women out there that haven’t had anything done, and they look amazing!
I was born a year or two before Madonna's career took off, so I've been there with her through every re-invention. That's why it's so jarring to me to see how quickly her star has faded in the last few years. I'm a drag queen and while speaking to a teenager I was doing a play with a while back, I made a Madonna reference only to receive a blank, deer-in-the-headlights look. With my own eyes, I _dared_ her to say it. I was the villain of the show, so I was relatively sure she was already quite intimidated by me. And when it comes to Madonna, everybody's an equal opportunity offender to a drag queen. "Honey," I said. "Before you say anything else, I feel I should warn you to choose your next words carefully." "Who's M--" And that was it for her. I didn't even let her get the first syllable out before I was reaching for her throat. That's when she decided to take me out with one line: "You have no power here. Begone, before somebody drops a house on you, too!"
