Dr sahib its means if Circular comb area is bigger, Then it would remove long fibers ? because many years before Marzoli and Reiter both introduced 130 angle comb but within a year they changed and again Recommend 90 angle comb . NOWADAYS AGAIN ON E90 they are giving 130angle . but in last ITMA chines and Indians Technician they discourage 130 angel . Sir they have different views about maximum area of comb . Sir plz correct me if iam wrong .regards
Yes, you pointed out rightly. There is not a single factor that determines the quality of combing action. The cotton fiber quality also matters. Larger area of circular combcan potentialy remove long fibers but it will also depend on the percentage of noil removal. It is debatable, to be sure we can conduct our own study if we have available the two types of circular combs in a single manufacturing unit so that we can compare the two under similar conditions. If you know any mill where both are working, we can conduct a study.
