Good question! You always use the tempo for leveling and reaching the good stuff on higher tier. There are zero benefits from staying low and allowing your opponents to catch up.
Why would you stay low if you have the tempo and board advantage already? With such a strong start, level to 4 as quickly as possible to get access to better units. 1 or 2 turns on 4 to get some key units (depends a bit on the build you're going for as well) and then you go up to potentially triple into a 6 drop etc. On 5 you find many of the build defining units like Brann and Baron, so getting there earlier when you already have the tempo advantage is usually the right play. You will sacrifice a bit of life doing so but that's usually worth it unless you get very unlucky
@@klodd5328 Nerubian + 1 minion is one of the strongest spikes he's going to get with his board.. You definitely stay 2 to double buy there, then level from there. Most braindead 7k Battlegrounds players just die because they level to 4 and don't find anything to spike their board. Remember that Battlegrounds is a game about relative board strength to the lobby, not relative level to the lobby.
@@BlackmesaofIND I played BGs at 11k at my best. At the moment I just enjoy going for highroll and fun builds, I don't care about my rating. If you just wanna finish Top 4 or above, staying on 2 is the better play that's right. If you wanna push for fun builds I suggest (double) leveling from that position. Given you're not playing at 10k+ mmr
@@klodd5328 that’s fair. It is a game after all, and games are supposed to be fun. Also, the video poster could probably get away with greeding for level, since lobbies aren’t usually high tempo until high mmr.
BROOO you have skiped 2 tituses if you dont know ghul works for every battlcry triggered so when you take titus stats for ghul is doubled and same with macaw

I personnaly don't play this game but I watch a lot of streamer play it, it seems that most of them when in the position (11.21) when you got rock rock with brann will prioritize playing for economy instead of buying every elemental that pop in the tavern. I actually love demons this season, especially this build. I play it similarly like you did but I just use Floating watcher as well for them extra stats and the build is perfect for duos because with it you can have decent stats while sending your duo minions they need.
