Since LD is listed at 5'11" there is no way RL was 5"9" tall as he claims. Larry is at least 5 inches taller than Richard as we can see in all of these Curb episodes that show Richard standing face to face with Larry. RIP Richard Lewis but you were only about 5'5" tall. Lol

I mean I don’t know why this is in my top 3 Curb scenes…and I’ve watched every episode (many multiple times) … for me it’s this one and Leon’s scene during the New York season when he says smthg like ‘I wouldn’t be sitting up here in this plush mother fucker eating croissants filled with champagne…’ - why that is so fucking funny to me I do not know 😂😢😅

HE SUCKS! Lewis was my fav when I first started watching the show. Every scene he's in is hysterical and he always gets shat on. I love the ending of Pinkberry where Larry doesn't confirm the dinner plan but Lewis shows up anyway and Larry doesn't make it. He sort of does a frustrated nod to himself

This was a for real ad lib moment because you can see Richard crack a smile and try to cover it up, right after Larry says "You call him BEN Laden?" And then he recovers brilliantly with the Ben Laden's shirts riff. Gold.

one of my absolute favorite things about Curb is how Larry and whoever it may be he is arguing with at the time both take a moment to stop and joke about dumb bullshit... then laugh about it and go RIGHT back to arguing 😂😂😂
