My incline error clears when I power off / on and will work fine once - then error. If I pause, it errors. Going through videos to try to fix - thank you!
Hello thank you for the very helpful vid! Please can you let me know if the Sb 900 can have the handlebars adjusted up or down whilst working out? Or do you have to stop?
Hello, I can't find it anywhere. Please what is the highest height of the pedal from the ground without incline and with incline? I have a low ceiling in the gym. Thank you.
Thanks, very clear. Suggestions for future recordings: * Differentiate between "screws" and "bolts", they are not the same * Always specify the sizes ("xx mm") * Use a ratchet, or at least the box-end of combination wrench when bolt end is fully accessible
I recently bought a e35 as well and noticed right out of the box that it reads my pace significantly slower than what I know I can do. I’m not a super star by any means, but for a semi fit guy I’m barely pushing 12:30 mile times 😂 has this problem ever came up?
Hi there, are you able to email us on customerservice@achievefitness.co.nz please and confirm which model of E25 you have? Any photos of the console showing the error and also any factory model or serial numbers on the product or carton would be great.
Hi there, have you tried the incline recalibration? Instructions for this are under General Maintenance in the owner's manual. This would be the first thing to try with this error showing.
I bought an E35 last month, and I'm finally putting it together. As ke1oc said, there are some differences, but following your video is a lot easier than reading the small instructions (even though they do spell everything out). They really should have the instructions in sequence for which part you should do when, instead of just 4 stages. Thank you for the video, now to continue watching the rest so I can get my E35 together so I can use it! Oh, I would recommend to anyone putting one of these together to have a magnetic retrieval tool. Even though mine had a foam "covering" to prevent stuff from dropping inside the flywheel, I still had a screw find a hole and drop to the bottom...
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9u1cnOyd0YE.html My brand new 2020 sole e35 came with a squeaky left pedal...the front 2 bolts on the pedal were too tight. I backed them off and greased the friction points and viola'
Thank you!!! I bought the E35 in December 2020 and there are some slight differences now, nevertheless, without your help, it would have been impossible. The manual had only 4 small photos with too much going on packed into each photo. No step by step in sequence indicating which steps NEED to be completed before others, otherwise one cannot screw things in place with the obstruction. This whole series was invaluable!!!

I agree!! I just purchased and assembled my E35 elliptical today and without your videos I would have been completely confused! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos for us all!
When connecting the screen, I saw an open wire port. Does that matter? Because I’m trying to assemble mine right now and I’m missing a wire. I have two hand sensors wires, two wires for the resistance and pedal. Then a last wire that’s rainbow that’s the longest. But it looks like I’m missing a wire for the senors
Hi Sabrina, congratulations on your purchase! We hope you love it. There is a spare socket labelled Hand Pulse on the back of the console which is not used. It is an extra socket for using if the hand pulse wires are 1x 4 pin cable instead of 2x 2 pin cables.
@@achievefitness9941 I was having a problem with that too!!! This is a fantastic machine, BUT~~ I would really like to say that the written assembly instructions left me nothing but confused. I really think a plainer re~writing with more pictures would help people with the assembly. I was so confused until I finally got in touch with Sam in your tech department, one of the handle bar arm wires had slipped back down inside the frame pipe and I had TWO empty ports and thought that I had failed to receive all of the wiring I needed to fill both of those ports, Sam told me to get a small wire hook and to fish around inside the hole on the side to find the connection and I finally was able to pull it through the hole (barely!) , he also told me about the empty port which the instructions said nothing about, once I figured that out I still had to have someone else help me to get it connected and had to just go by trial and error to get all of the plastic parts where they were supposed to be. A better diagram would have helped but I've had two hour long workouts on it since I got it assembled and it's a fantastic machine. Tell Sam that he made me a very happy customer!!
@@tubetea thank you for your feedback, we are continually looking for improvements so these comments have been taken on board for our next review of the user manual. Great to hear you received the help you needed, we hope you enjoy this great machine!
Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out where the squeaking was coming from and where the lube was supposed to be applied to! It almost sounds like the squeaking is coming from the pedal.
I need to try this on my F63 but when, after the first buttons were pressed together I pressed enter where the software version came up but mine did not display units etc. as shown. Help?
Hi there, thanks for watching and commenting. I'm sorry you haven't had success with this yet. It shouldn't show the software version at all during this procedure. If you would like to send an email to customerservice@achievefitness.co.nz we can supply written instruction to accompany this video that may be helpful.
Hi Shawn, thanks for watching our video! It looks like your are in the USA, could I suggest contacting the SOLE service/tech team by either email or phone as follows: service@soletreadmills.com Ph: 1-866-MYSOLE1 (866-697-6531). Kind regards, Achieve Fitness
