I don't know how to capture it with OBS or Geforce experience, but i do everything from the Lossless Scaling app and and i bought it on steam for $3.50 At the top right of the lossless scaling app window you will see an option that says Frame Generation and there select the option that says LSFG 2.3 and select the option x2 to multiply your frames at 60fps, x3 for 90fps and x4 for 120fps, all this in case you have locked the fps at 30. And the best option to lock the fps of your games is with MSI Afterburner/rivatuner App and always set your games in borderless fullscreen mode. Maybe i'll upload a video during the week about that.

Thanks for suscribe and comment my video. <3 And yes, this settings are really good for play rpcs3, ns emulator, xenia x360 at 1080p and if you can affort it, buy loseless scaling, that software helps a lot with the frame genetarion (interpolation).
