31:58 - My machines controller (Oi-TF PLUS) requires me to put a negative(-) radius value in the Wear Offset Radius column because if I leave Wear Offset Radius at 0.000 as you recommend my machine will take the Tool Geometry Radius value for that tool & apply it to any radius cut (G02/G03). EX: Creating a 2.5Radius on Face of part at 25mm dia. Tool Geometry Offset Radius = 0.800 & Tool Wear Offset Radius = 0.000 start... X19.2 Z0. X25. Z-2.9 end... VS Tool Geometry Offset Radius = 0.800 & Tool Wear Offset Radius = -0.800 start... X20. Z0. X25. Z-2.5 end... I don't understand why I need to put the negative(-) radius value in the Wear Offset Radius column but if I don't then all my G02/G03 cuts are incorrect by the Geometry Offset Radius amount.
I know this comment is a few months old. But the way you need to do this is call your tool for example tool 5 (T5M6) then activate compensation using G43 H5 D5. The move to the centre of your hole and activate cutter comp I’ll assume you’re climb cutting G0 X0. Y0. G41 then move on to where you want to start your arc and move anti clock wide for a pocket and clock wise for a frame. This will have offset your tool by the radius you have set. Note that D5 might not always correlate to T5 if you have not inputed them right in your offset menu.
