Angela is a great teacher for the basics of any subjects she teaches. But beyond that don't expect much and outdated material. So again amazing for basics but that's all, just being honest.

This subject is rarely ever presented in the context of improving business metrics. Either the income statement, earnings, margins, revenue, and stock appreciation improve, or nothing; training didn't work. Engagement is an enterprise issue; if the culture sucks, then you can bet you're not getting a return on the education dollars invested. Training and education are subjects no one wants to debate; they are fundamentally accepted as necessary. However, there is little evidence that these are drivers directly related to company success. When the training is done, the employee is left to face the BS that remains in the culture that drives them nuts. About Ulrich's work, nowhere will you find Dave pointing out a specific company that transformed its employee engagement or culture from an HR initiative. Here's what happens when EE/EX is transformed in ten weeks at a $13 billion company with no HR involvement. Gentlemen, at some point, someone needs to actually deliver results. The subjectively measured stuff is impossible to track to the bottom line. The attached example was done with a single question from the CEO, with a third party reporting to the CEO, who challenged the blockers up to the CEO's staff meeting. The fees were based on employees' improvements to their income statements. Training and education will always be a hot topic, but you need a solution to the daily BS employees face to save money and labor. The universal problem in the EE/EX market is the belief that HR can force change on disinterested leadership. Is there a way to extract data from one table and insert in another? I have a table with internal invoice numbers that repeat multiple times to show sub contractor invoices. I like to extract each internal invoice and have them in a separate table where each will be unique. I hope this makes sense. As you can probably tell, I’m a novice.
