Hi @jeanninehochet, if you're using Windows, try opening File Explorer and entering this file location: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache Delete all the contents of that folder, and see if that solves the error. If the error persists, you could try relinking your Microsoft 365 account. To do that, please follow these steps: 1) Click the Windows start button at the bottom. 2) Click on "Settings." 3) In Settings, head to "Accounts" in the left menu. 4) On the Accounts page, scroll down and click "Access work or school." 5) Select your Microsoft 365 account and click "Disconnect" then "Yes." 6) Now click the "Connect" button, and follow the onscreen instructions to reconnect your account. Please let us know if you require any more assistance.
this method only allows you to delete 1000 emails from the selected date range. It does not allow you to delete emails before a certain date, unless you have less then 1000 emails in the range.
Hi @starlordsix3897, thanks for your reply. This video is a quick tip to delete emails before a certain date, which should work for most people. But if you have thousands of emails that need deleting, you might consider setting up a rule instead. Here's how: 1) In Outlook Online, click the gear icon at the top to open Settings. 2) Go to "Mail" > "Rules" 3) Enter a name for the rule, such as "Delete Old Emails." 4) Choose "Before" in the select box under "Add a condition." 5) Choose a date on the right. 6) Click the select box under "Add an action" and choose "Delete." 7) Save the rule. 8) If you don't want to wait for the rule to run automatically, click the three dots (...) next to your rule and select "Run rule now." I hope this helps. To receive regular tips & tricks for your Microsoft 365 apps, grab our weekly newsletter below, it's completely free: mail.onthepulsetech.com/subscribe
I am looking for a way to change the default of RED when you want to change a small amount of the document. IT would save me trouble to just always start on the color I want, which isn't red.
Hi @aishwarymishra6142, the only people who can access a group chat are those who have been added to the chat. It's important to note that Teams and group chats are separate entities.
Hi @manderintangerin88, if you want to add a group calendar to a SharePoint page, please follow these steps: 1) Create a new page in SharePoint. 2) In the page, look for the "Toolbox" on the right. 3) There, click "See all web parts." 4) Now scroll down and select "Group Calendar." 5) Click the "Edit Properties" icon in the toolbar, which you can find above the group calendar. You will find this near the top left of the screen. The Edit Properties icon is two horizontal lines with circles in them. 6) When you click the Edit Properties icon, you should see a select box on the right under "Group name" where you can select your group. 7) To finish, click "Publish" at the top. We hope this helps, and for more tips on how to use Microsoft 365 applications, grab our free weekly newsletter: mail.onthepulsetech.com/subscribe

This is helpful if the root folder for OneDrive is on the internal drive. External drives apparently are still not supported; the whole reset parade has to be done each time you run the app or make changes to the root folder contents :(
Hi, resetting OneDrive on a Mac will not delete your files from your OneDrive account in the cloud. The reset process affects the OneDrive application and its local cache on your Mac, not the data stored in your OneDrive account online. Here's what happens when you reset OneDrive: The reset will clear the local cache and settings of the OneDrive app on your Mac. This includes removing the app's configuration and unlinking your OneDrive account from the app. If you have files synced to your Mac, they may be removed from your local device during the reset. However, these files will remain in your OneDrive account in the cloud. Once you sign back into the OneDrive app after the reset, you can resync your files.
If I dual boot two separate windows installations, all click allow control on one, what does "wipe" mean in this scenario? Can it wipe other hard drive partitions other than the one windows is installed on?
My issue was that my install file was in my downloads folder which is under my username which contained two words separated by a space (first name space family name). The username must be without spaces like one word (or two words with underscore instead of space) OR you have to put the installer folder in for example directly in a folder in c:/ which I did. That solved the issue :)
Hi i am in Australia amd my cousin in india he gave me his id when i tried to put i put wrong password to many times and but now i got the real password i can sign in its says sign in blocked
If the account is part of an organization, the account may be blocked, and would require an admin to unblock the account. In that case, please contact an admin or have your cousin contact an admin to resolve the issue. Otherwise, you can try and recover your account here: account.live.com/password/reset
If the OneDrive icon does not appear when opening OneDrive, please try the following methods: 1️⃣ Reset OneDrive: Press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard to open Run. Then paste the following command and click "OK." %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset If that does not work, try this command: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset 2️⃣ Enable OneDrive in Taskbar settings: - First, click the up arrow in the notification area (system tray) to see if the OneDrive icon is in the hidden icons section. - If the icon is hidden in the system tray, you can proceed to use the icon from that location, or you can open it in the taskbar by Right-clicking the taskbar. - Next, select "Taskbar settings." - Scroll down to "Other system tray icons" and click to expand. - Ensure that "Microsoft OneDrive" is toggled on. 3️⃣ Reinstall OneDrive: - Right click the windows icon and open "Settings." - In Settings, click "Apps" in the left menu. - Then go to "Installed Apps" or "Apps & features" on older operating systems. - Scroll down to "Microsoft OneDrive," click the three dots to the right of it, then select "Uninstall." - Once uninstalled, reinstall OneDrive from the official Microsoft website: www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download We hope this helps, and please let us know if you require any additional help. This solution did not work for me as I don't have the gear icon that goes to those settings at 2:00. My solution was to goto Filters drop down on the menu bar --> Progress (2) --> Check the box for Completed. The (2) indicates that it is only showing "Not Started" and "In Progress". When you check the "Completed" option, it will change to Progress (3) and your Completed tasks will show on the To do board View.

Hi @danielleallen6617 we're sorry to hear that the solution in this video did not work for you. If you are using a browser to access your Microsoft 365 applications, you may need to clear your browser cache. Chrome 1) In Chrome, click the three dots in the top right 2) Select "Delete browsing data" 3) Next to "Time range" select "All time" 4) Check the box next to "Cached images and files" and leave the other boxes unchecked 5) Click "Delete data" Edge 1) In Edge, click the three dots in the top right 2) Select "Settings" 3) In Settings, go to "Privacy, Search, and Services in the left menu 4) Scroll down to "Delete browsing data" and click "Choose what to clear" Under "Time range" select "All time" 5) Check the box next to "Cached images and files" and leave the other boxes unchecked 6) Click "Clear now" If clearing the browser cache doesn't work, or if you're not using the browser to access your Microsoft 365 apps, you could try repairing your installation. 1) To do that, type "programs" into the Windows search bar and open "Add or remove programs" 2) Scroll down to Microsoft 365 and click the three dots on the right. 3) Choose "Advanced options" 4) Scroll down to the "Reset" header and choose to "Repair" 5) If repair does not work, try to "Reset" We hope that helps, and if you're interested in staying up-to-date with Microsoft news and updates, you can get our free weekly newsletter here: mail.onthepulsetech.com/subscribe
