I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Laramie and this is my little corner of RU-vid. Here I’m sharing about how I run my home on a frugal budget, a mortgage free life, all so we can enjoy time on our terms. I’m a wife, mama to 4 and homemaker. Our life may be simple but it’s filled with joy. I so hope you decide to stick around- subscribe and join the community!
Is it your 5th baby? Why have so many babies when you are low income family. Its not something to be glorified. Each kid have certain needs and deserves comfortable lifestyle but having resources being divided into many is just ridiculous.
I’m so grateful my grandma passed down her love of cooking to me. Cooking from the garden was sparked by her and my grandpa. I’m 41, my husband and I cook most meals from scratch with what’s grown from our garden. The past two years I’ve zeroed in on baked goods. Bread, bagels, muffins, rolls etc. I feel like I’m forever in the kitchen but we’re not starving or standing in debt.
Hi, my fear is not being excepted for what I want to share. I am poor, retired and living very frugally but I have watched and love shows like yours and I would love to share some of my grandmothers recipes from the depression. Thank you for your inspiring life and family and the wonderful way you live that you share with us, it is truly amazing and inspiring.
You give abundant wisdom to other families that have been beaten down by life's struggles and trials. You are a wonderful inspiration to the group of people that may not live in the upper monetary realm of life, and you make them feel it's OK to live on less. You are really a true blessing !
We are lucky enough to have enough money to grocery shop without too much financial stress, but I find your channel so relaxing to watch after a long day of teaching 6 year olds.🙂
You are such a wonderful person. The world could use a few hundred thousand more like you. Don't apologize. Your family needs you and you need yourself too. Im glad you gave yourself grace and allowed yourself to rest. Sending you healing prayers, strength, and a blessed year.
You definitely have a gift of words, the way you express and explain is so beautiful, thank you, God bless, and may your little ones know the love you have for

Glad to hear your soft voice and see your gentle face. You do not have to apologize for taking a break. You did the right thing. I hope things improve and we get to hear from you more often! ❤😂🎉
I love my rice cooker! I use it for so many things besides just making rice! It is good to have a husband that is not fussy and will eat anything! I remember years ago when things got a little burned and he still ate it without complaint. God bless a good man! Do you ever make dry beans or lentils to go with your taco night? I use a lot of dried beans to mash and make refired with. I saw someone use lentils the other day in a video to do the same thing and thought what a great idea because lentils have such a short cook time and they taste fabulous! I am going to have to try it! My daughter had her daughter on Friday July 19th! The birth turned into an emergency C section due to a prolapse Umbilical cord. Mama and baby are great! Emma Rose made her debut at 11:32am weighing 6lbs7oz and was 19.5 inches tall! She is quite a beauty! Stay blessed Laramie!
I was beginning to wonder about you if something had happened. I'm so glad that you are okay. Anemia is a terrible terrible thing to deal with especially in pregnancy. I was slightly anemic after the birth of my second child and it was awful. Take care of yourself first!
I am so glad to see you. I have been thinking about you and kept checking for updates. I'm sorry you have been having difficulties with this pregnancy.

You brought tears to my eyes and a calming peace into my heart ♥️ I'm in a season as well ( due to illness) where I've been forced to slow down. Thankyou for your words of wisdom! Blessings to you and your family ♥️
