Cebu City has one of the worst infrastructures in the country. It's not enough funding from the national government or uglyness of government corruption grabing a lot of the infastructure funds. Which one do you think it is. Don't be afraid to voice your opinion. Have a great day, everyone.
as a Cebuano its a sad fate for us this bad and awful infra projects here in Cebu but always we always stay here in Cebu due to opportunities brought by this city that I love and have grown up through years. Dili perfect and Cebu City pero way mahimo :)
Agree! They can build all these roads, however there are just too many motorbikes and cars for an island that should place more on high volume public transport systems such as buses , light rail and trains. The amount of vehicles for a tiny island is ridiculous. Why do these single cylinder motorbikes all have their mufflers modified to make more noise pollution? I'm sure these scooter/motorbike riders love inhaling toxic air from engine emissions. The small businesses should also do more cleaning on their shop front... their presentation is lacking.... it looks 3rd world!!! One of my colleagues first impression is that the Philippines in general looks more like a war zone. I agree!

I remember this place when I visited Cebu. It’s just across Midtown hotel where I stayed more than 2 decades ago. Hope they can redevelop the circle into a well-landscaped plaza and not public market.
One of my favorite malls in Cebu. A five dollar cab ride from my house in Tungkil. I just wish it had a Texas Roadhouse and a bar, both of which are lacking. Two places to get vapes. The Korean buffet is disappointing, and the could use a better supermarket. When I want a better international selection, I go to Metro in Ayala Mall, or S&R. Lander's is frequently out of stock of the items i like.
