Thank God you are healing and the procedure was successful. My sister has fibroids. This helps me better understand what she is going through. She will need to do something cuz they are growing. So again I know it’s extremely personal but you are helping people especially since it’s so common among Black women. And shout out to Red for being supportive and providing some comic relief. He’s a real one.
0:55 Unfortunately, they always return, sometimes with a vengeance! They are a biatch! I hate when some ppl don't tell the truth about this condition! Until there is a TRUE cure or hell until we know the real reason some women get these tumors they will continue to grow back! Examples of when fibroids don't return: hysterectomy, women in menopause and sometimes in perimenopause. I'm 3 surgeries down omw to surgery number 4.🤬 When I had my UFE, that recovery was rough, the pain, no appetite, irritated and I think I lost about 20lbs, sick weight loss so it wasn't cute. And when the tumors start to die off, the remnants that comes out, chile it's a lot!🤦🏾♀️ Toya, thank you for sharing! Sending you love and healing energy. I know how rough it is. I had my UFE procedure back in May 2024. It was the best choice for me. The first two days was a lot of cramping but I got through and now my period is only Two days and light
