They don’t just not treat a person because they don’t have medical coverage. There are certain things that need to be paid upfront such as blood test but if you have insurance either pay nothing or very little before the tests are done or you make it do it for later. Scammers do not know how things work out outside of their villages so they always think that going to hospital is like going to their local market where you pay first then get the item you want. In their minds you pay first, then get treated at the hospital.
