Victoria I would love to interview you and Rico for my show via Skype or Zoom. Is that something that sounds cool? And I understand that you all are extremely busy growing your brand. 😎👍🏾👍🏾
Looks like a perfect Nauti liveaboard upgrade, awesome galley (with a refrigerator that works), plenty of room for party lights and speakers for Rico AND a spectacular master cabin for Nauti - there's even a nice spare cabin for Rico when he gets naughty with Nauti and gets punished. As always thanks for a fabulous review. Stay safe and keep having fun.
Great job on showing the Leopard 53, the ladder on the aft fly bridge is very interesting. The leopard 53 is in my top 5 of boats I’m considering to buy.
IN DOOR HELM !!! thats what is great about this all you need is a steering wheel and a charter that's it for bad at sea days not sure why the smaller ones dont have this Great vid
A “totally awesome” boat perfect for living aboard. The cabins are not claustrophobic, massive deck space and a huge fridge. Look no further. Thanks for showing it
Great video. I'm wondering if there is a Catamaran live-aboard in your future? As a live aboard in a marina (MDR), I wonder if you have determined costs difference between berthing a conventional hull and Catamaran hull width. Seems like your berth needs could be a different arrangement with the ol'Landlord. I'd love to hear (in the next vid or comments here) about those issues. Also might be interesting for a vid with your comments about live aboard in a marina, the neighbors are sometimes so close and marina services you most count on etc (don't talk about your current complaints to much because obviously your landlord and neighbors probably watch your channel LoL)
Woaoh, it was spectacular! As always, hhe! ^^ The only thing is...well...When I saw you, NautiStyles, under the rain and on this ground I was afraid you could fall in the water, I hope you're fine, o.oU And...by the way, about these strange noises from this strange boat...watch out, there are seals inside! XD
You sold this cat’ 53’ to me the moment you demonstrated the en suite shower could double up as a dance floor. Perfect! 👯♂️ 👯♀️ Really appreciate your content for it’s relaxed but experienced & insightful walkthroughs. The boatbuilder retailers could learn a lot from your positive attitude. Thanks to you both. 👍🏽🥳
Max range with alternating engines at 6.8 kts means you can go out with a group of friends on sailing Cats and stay with the pack quite easily on some longer crossings and for some shorter ones you could definitely leave them in your wake if you so choose at the cost of fuel usage. Beautiful boat and as someone who's older and not as fit as I used to be this would be the best of both worlds for me and my family. The Cat lifestyle with far, far less work involved and the ability to go where I want, when I want, in whatever time frame I set within reason. Yes I'd be sacrificing lower fuel costs but for me it would be worth it as it would make it possible for me to get out there. Great tour and thank you for the fun way in which you show us these floating works of art...
Powercats are already a strong favorite, and this cat for me is one of the most practical in its price range. Could definitely function as a liveaboard with a few alterations! Thanks for another great tour, enjoy your weekend!
The size of medicine cabinets in the owners cabin, some pharmacists done have them that big ! I also watch Aquaholic, but he doesn't look as good, lol Great content as always
Must confess never been a lover of catamarans but this has definately turned me around. It is so versatile, love the storage and luxury cabins with more than ample space, even a shower you could play chase in. Has more of the feelings of a larger luxury yacht, well thought out and great build for price. You have really done justice to this cruise/liveaboard. Thanks again to you detailed informative tour, one to think about. Be safe.
Love this one. Would be great to be able to add some solar for auxiliary engine power to turn this into unlimited distance. If I were to buy this bad boy I'd turn one of the guest cabins into a mini-gym and would be happy as a pig in mud.
You missed the master head had a door between the sink and couch/sitting area. Loved this cat. Is there a design difference in the hull between sail and power? If so, can you talk about it is? Thanks. Edit: your specs at the end: the fuel capacity is 7000 gallons? That sounds like too much.
yes, there is a pocket door for the full head, but not for the toilet area. yes, power hull is a completely different hull. apologies on the typos CORRECTION ON THE FUEL: 581 US Gal / 2200 L
I'm not usually a fan of the cats but I have to admit this is a beautiful live aboard boat. I would feel really bad though if I actually made a crew member sleep in that hole on the starboard bow. That hardly seems like a crew cabin, better for storage. I love your guys vids, you have a good formula for covering the whole boat and I especially love getting the specs at the end. So many reviews don't include the specs and that is valuable info. Thanks for another great vid!
I'm salivating with this Leopard 53! only a 40" draft? You've GOT to be "kidding"! 1) that BIG layout, Rico, could be a hot tub? 2) The Galley: trustworth fridge. 3). A location to build in the DJ equipment 4) Ask for the run-about to be included 5) I can hear Rico's excitement! 6) Can you get a Silent Partner to invest $500k? As if he were investing but with a ROI of 2% above Prime. That's all your commitment just the ROI! 7) Can you write off 33% to Rico's business as expense? 8) Victoria, could you charge 33% to "NautiStyles" 9) and a new "NautiCharters" for the balance? 10). I can make an exception for two 370HP Yanmar engines .... construction equipment grade 11) Rico, would you be able to manage your business from Fort Lauderdale or even Port Charlotte? Rather than the West Coast....you could make a yacht show in Annapolis, MD....and even visit Harbor Town or Shelter Cove on Hilton Head Island. Please don't be overwhelmed with my questions. It's just suggestions. But, this CAT has charm.... Love you both.....ask our Living God for guidance.... - Keith
Lovely boat, but once again the interior finish looks cheap, Ikea comparison strikes again. Such a shame. lf you look at the woodwork inside a Nordhavn, then you see a big difference with wood quality finish.
This is the first time I have seen a powered CAT featured, and ye was pretty impressed too. Looked a little strange powering through the water in the Intro, seemed as though sails were just missing. As a galley nerd loved all that fridge/freezer space. Yep loved your walk-through of this Cat. Take care.
What about docking this wide body in a marina? Is that even possible? Definitely, only on the end caps if at all. How much more would the marina charge over a 58 motor yacht?
Very beautiful yacht. Love it. This would be perfect for us and the range in this is phenomenal. I could cruise to Jamaica in this with ease, probably do a whole Caribbean trip with few stops in between. Perfection at its finest 👌 👏
Well, that's another amazing boat by Leopard. What else can you say? Love the all-in main salon combo "great room" main deck. I gotta love the 3'2" draft... gets into the cozy coves and fishing spots. Good for long trips with those cushy cabins, too. Nice one, thanks for showing us around!
Do you have to open every cupboard and draw? It is getting to the stage I can't watch the video all the way without skipping a lot because it is so tedious.
You guys are great, I will be tuning in for more reviews now that I have found you! I was at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show on the Gold Coast (Australia) last weekend and the Leopard catamaran was definitely a standout, after watching your video - I’m hooked. Thank you!
I'M BLOWN AWAY,...THIS IS THE BOAT FOR ME,...NO QUESTION ABOUT IT,...THANK YOU SO MUCH LADY.YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE INDEED,....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING,......
I think the specs' are wrong. There's no way that boat holds 26,487 L of fuel. That would be right at 7000 U.S. Gallons, which would weigh 49.000 pounds. lol. Really nice Cat' tho'..
I am liking that cockpit, cat beams make it look superyacht size. Same for the flybridge, massive. Rico's shorts match the upholstery, well played Sir. Don't worry V, I like your stripes as well. Great walktrough guys, these cats are great value.
Its becoming a really interesting sector - Prestige 48 and I believe an even bigger one due too - gain so much more space over a normal hulled boat but sacrifice the looks of course. I think if/when the time comes the introduction of a wider variety of these cats will make choosing a leisure boat much more difficult. Be very interesting to see if Absolute, Sunseeker and one can only imagine what Galeon would come up with ...enter this market
The one thing I was really hoping to find out is how easy is it to make the bed in the master bedroom. It's a royal pain in the a** to make a bed when you have to reach over. What do you think? We are seriously looking at getting this boat. We've already seen it earlier this year but I don't recall how that bed was built or how easy it looked to make every morning.
Guy's, another fine job...enjoy all your vids, very thorough.. I just have 1 request, Rico, could you maybe pull back on the video recording and DJ equipment and buy this poor girl a pair of shoes? Her little feet have to be all tore up from all the walking up and down these big boats. How about it Bud?
You guys did an excellent job describing many features in a small amount of time, with objective commentary - awesome specs at end of video... range numbers are everything ! - thanks What's your take / opinion / preference on power cats vs. sailing cats ?
Our pleasure! you know, it’s sooo many pros and cons... I have been asking Rico to do a Video with me about it for a while...hopefully we can get it out to you guys soon
That does not look too safe having that front door right there in a pit on the Bon the bow oh my God a wave could break over and flood that whole area and push the door through door through how does water get evacuated from that area if a wave does break over the bow It does not look too safe
Seldom happens, the door is super strong, I've filled the front cockpit on several Leopard sail and power cats, there are massive oval drains under the floorboard of the cockpit and the water drains super fast
Victoria is a Feetqueen. :) Very beauty charming and sexy woman on the board! I love your videos! The boats are very nices too! 👍 Excuse me for my honest words! :-)
Wow. You two are really doing a great job. I only recently became aware of your channel. Until now, I've always watched Aquaholic, who of course also does an excellent job. But the fact that the two of you present together and complement each other makes your channel so special. Keep it up and I look forward to all your future videos. And by the way, the Leopard 53 is exactly the kind of boat my wife and I are looking for ☺. Many greetings from Germany.
I watched the 45' power cat review first, and it was unimpressive. Like a rental houseboat for a week's visit. Then the Leopard 53 Powercat just blew it away. Do I understand correctly that this is only $100k more than the 45? Unbelievable! With this boat, you feel like you're getting what you pay for. Good work, NautiStyles!
Can't wait to see Your New boat - - Every tour You keep saying I really need this on Our boat. If You knew My fridge problems. Change boats already hahaha. !!!!
That may be the best value yacht I have ever seen. The size of the ensuites, for a cat, is outstanding. That shower? Are you kidding me? BTW...that happy dance was great!!! LOL!!!
Beautiful boat. How much improvement in performance does the hull design get you. With the straight shaft of the inboard engines it looks perfect for an electric version.
