I agree.. its a big house but.. everything in it is how houses are nowadays or modular homes even are made with nice bathrooms and kitchens etc. the land and location is what would drive the price up at this point. The house itself, i think could even be $700,000 maybe, not up to one million other than the basketball court inside. Which seems to just be a different floor with a hoop inside and thats it.

Not worth 1.5 million but hey we all spend as we will lol. I agree with others tho.. 750K at max😬. Interior looks nicee for sure.. but that interior is not million dollar home interior.. thats the nowadays trend. Which is very nice i personally love it. But surely not 1M. Modular homes two bedrooms less be having that same type of style for less than 300K 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love the place so much 😯 only thing I don’t like is that it has so many windows don’t get me wrong I love lots of windows but they’re so many windows in that place

the one thing I didn't like was that the front entrance door was made of windows. Looks really good, but a little too invasive 😅

Not worth even a million dollars. 750k at best. Sorry, not trying to be rude. This is inflation. When maket settles or crashes in the next 2 years. Whoever buys this is going to have a house worth $750k
