It dies extremely fast in open air waiting for ingredients. Just search "Korean egg toast." You'll get thousands of videos with plenty of different versions and ingredients.

Which if you ask me looks like every bit of 1 dollar. eggs, mayo, undercooked toast, and a negligible sprinkle of parsley. The sandwhiches looked good but i agree. No need to make them a foot tall. There is literally no reason for it except aesthetics. Which they have in spades.

Labor-intensive product. And the workers look like they care about what they're making, almost an art that I've noticed with these Korean mass-producing food videos. Lots of care and attention to neatness/presentation. Impressive for the prices! How do you make money with all the labor involved, even with inexpensive ingredients? It has to take at least an hour for one person to make 100 - $1 items.
