Many of you have given us great suggestions of delicious Indonesian veg options and today, we found ketoprak at the highly recommended Ketoprak Ciragol in the heart of Jakarta. Ketoprak is tofu, vegetables, and a fried egg served on top of rice cakes and vermicelli (rice) noodles and covered in a delicious peanut sauce. Luckily, a group of university students gives us the inside scoop on this meal. On top of all the excitement, we meet our first fan!

We are the Bags Packed Family: Jonathan and Kelly with our three children. Seven years ago, we sold our home in Alaska, USA, and headed overseas. We are teachers and found fantastic teaching positions in India. Two years later, we moved to the United Arab Emirates. Three years after that, during the beginning of the pandemic, we made the move to our current teaching jobs in Indonesia. We love traveling and finding adventures as a family.
