Here is how I look at it. If there's already eaten food on the table I know someone else is trusting the chef. If I was wrong in doing so, I know I am not alone sitting on the porcelain later on. There is comfort in common destiny! ;D

I would never sit and eat my food on a dirty table. His wife should clean the table while he was preparing the food. Da fuq is wrong with these people? Its the easiest thing to do when a customer finished his food to clean the table... i would not eat there even its in Vietnam.

@@accminecraftnet5551 It's Street Food Stall, not restaurant. The service is different. Most Street Food Stall I ate at night are Self-Serving. This is 1 dollar Taco, I would just get the taco, sit down, pour the sauce and eat it and leave. The clean up is depend entirely on the owner and when they do it, but most people if they want to sit at that table, they can just use a napkin, pickup the trash and throw a nearby trash can. If I eat at small restaurant, I would complaint a little, but not at Street Food Stall.

This dude is doing everything wrong. I don't even know where to start. Everything from cutting the meat on the grill instead of the counter, the way he handles the taco shells which are the wrong size, also double them up (you never serve a street taco on one shell), guest service, leaving dirty dishes on the customers table. You have no idea what you're doing.
It pissed me off when I seen the guy bring the hot sauces but didn’t pick up the trash on the same table ?! Hahaha and don’t even get me started on the creep and the owner staring at my dude .... all weird man !!!

As a Mexican I have to say that those tacos seemed good, obviously the chef being from California knows how a taco should taste and look like. When you come to Mexico, make sure to try "Tacos al pastor". :)

Looks like Mexican street tacos to me. Looks the same as I get from Taco Trucks in California! That’s awesome that you can get authentic style tacos in Vietnam. Best with just meat, fresh onion and cilantro. Plus some lime. He should make fresh tortilla chips and add tripe and cow tongue. I think the tripe would appeal to the local Vietnamese population.

It is because she snagged herself an American husband that she got lazy. In true Vietnamese relationship, the man would be down the corner sitting on a plastic chair drinking beer with his friends while wife runs the entire operation, but American born guy is soft and lets his wife carry on.

Lol, when you’re dark skinned or have a different eye shape and you see people like yourself every day in your country, you will be surprised to see a different human who’s light skinned and looks like a european. They are shy, surprised, don’t know how to talk to you, they feel more different then you and they are kind of happy that white people visit their country. Thats why they are like that.
Takes a bit of getting used to but staring in most parts of Asia isn't taken negatively, if you find something interesting you can watch. There's really no harm however is a bit uncomfortable at first. I actually prefer it, it means if I want to watch someone else I can happily stare at what they're doing too and know they won't be upset or intimidated.
