Love pad Thai! I make it at home with a jar of sauce I buy at the supermarket. It works! I usually add chicken or shrimp. And lots of cilantro too!

You should of try the crispy rice salad. You can asked them to hold the fermented pork but they are amazing. I hope you can try it next time. The flavor and texture is super delicious.

In Asia, india, malaysia, we use the banana leaf for the aroma. Once food& the heat touches the banana leaf, imediately the food will smell & taste amazing. And for the coconut rice, wrapping rice with banana leaf is better to use plastic and also make the food more tasty
