Punjabi food is so rich and delicious. Lassi with lot of butter, amritsari kulcha with spread of butter and chhole are best combination . One meal is sufficient to run you all day.
Guys, this is authentic Indian food, preferred by majority of Indians. This is as authentic Indian Punjabi food as it gets. Great choice on this place.
Wow you guys made me craving for Indian food now 😋 When I studied abroad in Japan, Indian Restaurants were my go to since a lot of them were halal certified. I was definitely like Cedar, I could probably eat them once a week Unfortunately, Indian Restaurants have not been widely spread yet in Indonesia. What you are tasting in Chana is the garam masala, that is a blend of close to 10-12 spices like nutmeg, cloves, star anise, jeera, jaiphal, jaivitri, sund i.e. dried ginger, green cardamom, black cardomom, black pepper, cinnamon etc. It goes in a variety of Indian foods and gives it a distinct flavour.

Our Amritsar is No 1 in Asia in food culture. Yeh India ka khane pene main sub se sasta city hai. Jo pure India main hai, vo akele Amritsar main hai. Haath kangan ko aarsi Kaya. Visit Amritsar. Is city ko guruji ka aashirwad mila hua hai.
You don't pay taxes on each food item in India. In Canada we have to pay 13% HST on each item and at least 15% tips to eat in restaurants or even take out. With inflation touching highest, eating in restaurants is a luxury.
Guys try to avoid drinking hot temp. drinks(like chai) and cold temp. drinks(like lassi) together. If the temp. is like not so cold or not so hot then maybe you can have it, but it is better to avoid chai and lassi together hahahxd, and tell Granite to drink less water while eating, water will consume all the space in his stomach and too much water tempers down the temp. in the body, while the body is digesting and rising the temp. at the same time. I am sure he will understand; he is an intelligent kid.

Actually India as a country has many layers to it and varied places with different experiences. Unfortunately many foreign vloggers take the cheapest buses and trains to travel India, then in every Indian city they head straight to Chor Bazar for real Indian experience. In the Chor Bazar they have Bizzare experiences with cheats, crooks, scammers and dishonest people and then they assume whole of India is like that. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
