Had a great time! Incense was working like it should! Raids were fast, and easy to catch. It was so great doing a dozen Rayquaza raids from home before 10am! Gifts gave guarenteed eggs. And the ticket was totally worth it. Niantic got it right! Glad you had a great day as well. :)

Honestly it was a pretty decent event, my main issue was that it felt like the shiny rates weren't nearly that great and on day 2 I did 35 Rayquaza raids and not a single shiny out of them

What makes a real difference is whether you are on foot or not, if you have drinks and food to have while you play, and time. You can’t buy better spawns or increase your shiny chances beyond what the event allows.

Still got about 20 shinies including another groudon, no decking shiny Kyogre still. Got a 98 RayRay tho, no shiny for him but I already had a couple. Got some cool shinies, a hundo. Was happy 😬 not a single shiny unown tho and caught so many and checked hundreds. One Shiny Pika which was 3*. Sometimes it’s not about what you spend, other than raid passes and remotes looool

It was so much people playing where I was at, Greenville SC. There was legit 4-5 full lobbies (20 people each) every raid. Nobody missed out on a raid it was so much fun
