although it's fun going through mystery boxes it's kinda sad that some if not most of the items are just stolen from artists 😭😭 definitely not worth the price if it's not from the artist themselves; the sellers/manufacturers behind most mystery boxes sell them for a price after getting art from artists (that spent immeasurable effort and time drawing) and just print them out on items without effort

it’s nice to see that ur not blaming ant for this. i’ve watched some content creators get bashed on for reviewing things that aren’t authentic (stolen designs from real merch), when they didn’t know in the first place. the best thing is to just point it out, and hopefully ant reads this and understands that some of the stuff was not original.

Yeah, that's the unfortunate thing about many mystery boxes (which is something I also pointed it out in the video). You can't really guarantee what you're going to get by purchasing it, but, at least i'm hoping, in this video people can see my genuine review of these boxes and draw conclusions for themselves.

The official genshin taobao store usually has lucky bags every once in a while. I got the cheapest one the last time they went up which was around 10-15€ and I got a huge childe Pillow, a slime plush, Postcard set, a childe Button and a Balloon which was such a good deal. So if one of you wants to buy a legitimate Genshin lucky bag, wait for those :)

Honestly he got done dirty with the $20 and $50 ones. I once got a £17 mystery bag and that came with a lot more with both official and unofficial items. Mystery bags/boxes in general (for smaller price areas) need to up their quality if they want better profit because it feels like they’re losing out on buyers by not meeting customer expectations.

theres a hu tao one thats a lot better, like omg it has hu taos butterfly etched into it and the wallpaper is custom made when you open it a signature hu tao butterfly flies to the middle fading into like and reveals a animated hu tao wallpaper + custom phone case and the stuff antony got + a figurine

even though the $20 box may not have been legitimate, you definitely can't get an acrylic stand and keychain for $20 together, so to get all of that amount of stuff for $20 is actually boggling. which made the $50 box so much more disappointing 😭

the wafer cards tho! The one he’s unboxing are from the second batch w relatively newer characters (around inazuma and up,, along w newer chars from earlier regions).. like u cant get the xiao or childe ones in this batch (only like the visual cards aka the landscape ones). The cards from the first batch shot up in price, like i got my xiao card for around 60usd. So i think 75usd for the cards is a good price for cards in gen

Funny thing is that for the 20 dollar Zhongli box i have a Raiden ver that i asked my mom to buy me it has the exact same contents in the box except Raiden theme and it was way more expensive here where i live it costs around RM80 for one box

The best by date is not the same as an expiration date, it just means that's the latest date that they can guarantee their product freshness by and anything after that will just be up to you to decide personally I just smell if it's stale or not and go from there lol but if it's obviously discolored... just throw it away its not even worth finding out
