If you go to build mode whilst having the pump in the hand when you switch back you have the pump also automatically in the hand

Hey I have a few tips for controller if you want for me I changed my reset button to RB and if you tap circle then you should be able to pull out your gun easy

My weapons automatically go back to what I had before building which I suck at but I'm so used to my Xbox one maybe it's muscle memory lol.

I would say you should use left stick to edit but you will still be able to run you just push left stick down and I recommend changing your sense to 1.7 build sense and 2.2 edit sense

One tip for controller is to find a good edit button like my is L3 and also put edit on release in both I can do triple edit and double edit i hope that helped

Controller player switch their weapons super easily because we usually have a button set like triangle to square or are aim button switched to activate or switch to our pump shotgun or ar

Halo got a trick for you and trust me it works bc I been playing on controller since ch1 s10 so if you try to get the wall try to destroy the wall full and then retake
