He impressed the king of Oman with a recipe that he only created in his mind. No internet, no cookbooks, not even proper education. The true mark of a culinary master. Galing!
Imagine tasting such food more than 10 years ago from someone who doesn't go to any culinary schools, just pure talent, and experience. Chef Boy, what a legend.
Yung pagtawag pa lang ni chef Boy Logro ng chef kay ninong RY ng chef .. makikita mo Yung respect nya sa kapwa chef nya .. tagal ko din inabangan Yung collab .. and worth the wait sya
Na inspire kami sa ganda ng story ni Chef Boy, astig ang kanyang experience with the majesty. Ayos talaga itong ginawa nyong dugas version hehehe pare.
Very nice collab with Chef Boy. Nakakainspire ang story nya. Thanks for sharing his journey and giving him 💯% airtime. Devein the shrimp ninong Ry. It’s gross if you leave them on. It's the shrimp's digestive tract, it contains all the undigested food matter and digested waste. Cooking and eating shrimp 🍤 with the vein intact isn't harmful in any way, but it will contribute a gritty texture to your dish. 🙏❤️🇵🇭🧑🍳
Wow, Ninong Ry. Thank you sa pagshare.... Stay safe.
His Story Chef Boy Logro is so inspirational to all not only Filipino's but all people who really believed in their dreams. ASTIG, Salamat for sharing the video NiNong R..More blessings to you and to your family...👍

Napaka ganda at interesting ang show mo CHEF !!!!
Tsaka syempre Ninong ry. Hehe ❤️
consome'. as far as i remember nung chiefcook pa ako before maging full pledge artist which is my passion, ang consome is a crystal clear na stock which requires very low heat, mirepoix, ground beef (no sauteing kasi magka cloud ang stock) egg white ihahalo na rin sa mixture ng ingredients at water (combine all before cooking and dont forget to season fyi) mix gently until mag gentle simmer, ngayon yung egg white ang mag sisilbing filter ng sabaw para maging clear, butasan mo din yung egg white kasi lilitaw yan sa pot. after several time pwede na yan. para maggelatenous ang consume pwedeng hinaluan nalang yan ng colagen galing sa prolonged simmered stock. hayy nakakamiss magluto ulit sa professional kitchen. but passion is life. hahaha

Hi Ninong Ry. Kind of norm to have sushi with Avocado and Shrimp(mostly tempura). It's usually called California roll(shrimo temp, avocado, japanese mayo and cucumber) To make it even better, I recommend to combine Acovado, shrimp , japanese mayo+sriracha and mango! Its the bomb. Enjoy 😁
