This is an ideal buffet: 1. Affordable 2. Mind blowing quantity of food 3. You have to go back and forth for a quite long distance many times. So your calories will burnt. Mike Chen should come here
@@lordwaleane5397 When people retire/relocate, they are bringing their savings with them since they are cashing out their home(s), boat, 401K, Pension, expensive toys, etc. Yes $10 bucks a day is doable in my case
Me: Going to Thailand, order 3 crabs for 10€, think it is super cheap. Mark: Eats 3 crabs in-between an all you can eat seafood buffet, pays 9€ for everything.
I would eat there almost every day out of choice. Literally amazing. For $10? Two scallops would cost that in the UK. You are living life in heaven Mark.
@@Sothpawman I prefer to think it's because most of the produce is farmed and is sustainable. Good troll comment, you got a reply from me, so well done.
My gf & i went to Thailand in 2011 & didn't make it to Hat Tai. But we did eat a seafood buffet kinda like this(actually it was more smorgasbord style) on the island of Ko Chang. You paid for a stamp(about $7 american) at the start of a line of about 20 fold out tables right on the beach. You grab a plate/utensils & walk down a stretch of table after table of fresh caught seafood brought in from the same boats anchored right off shore. Pile up your plate with as much as you want(abelones, lobsters, crabs, squid, & all kinds of fish & molusks) & at the end of the line are a few huge grills where they cook it all up right in front of you(don't forget to tip the cook). Seriously, one of the very best meals i've ever had.
People might be nervous about eating in places like this, but remember that they have a heavy rotation of seafood because they have so many customers a day.
Let me just name all the seafood: fish, another type of fish, mussels, another type of mussels, that's a type of clam; had me cracking up. Love the vids Mark, keep 'em coming in these hard times!
Let me try to name all the seafood: Thats a type of fish, that’s another type of fish, that’s a clam, another type of clam, mussels another type of mussel. We love you Mark!
Did I hear the 90s group All-4-One singing "I swear". Wow. Bringing back memories from my childhood. Lol. I think I was 11 or 12 when that song was popular. Lol.
Hey Mark, great content as always. Thanks for sharing all the amazing food. However bro, I am concerned. You seem to have lost quite a bit of weight. Hope your health and everything's great bro.
@@TomTomTom666 holy cow.......so excited to see some of my subscribers here. and so glad you also like mark! he's one of the reasons my channel even exists!
*Mark enters the all you can eat buffet.* Owners there: ok, here comes a slim one, he won't do much harm. *Mark leaves* Owners: oh no, we're ruined! We're cancelling the all you can eat option! 😂
Mark, seeing you so enthusiastically and cheerfully eat some good quality food at various locations around the world is refreshing, uplifting and brightens my day. Having been to Bangkok a few years ago, it also brings back great memories. Many thanks indeed.
Whenever I am having a rough day its always great to see marks smile n love for food.always with his lady n little one by his side. Family is such a blessing. Much love mark to you and yours. -Dano Phoenix,AZ
@King Devastator he has always been thin, which is why it probably didn’t take much weight loss to become far too thin. If I had watched him regularly, I might not have noticed, but most food channels I watched took time off early during the virus and I lost track of all of them. Just checked in and Mark looks thin enough to be concerning. As long as he is healthy, it is none of my business, but another influencer I watch just discovered he had lymphoma after a viewer caught some changes in the size of his neck and the way he was holding his head! The viewer had the same symptoms himself, so I guess it caught his eye! Those around both of them, who saw them daily, had not noticed the changes because they had occurred so slowly!
People, Mark is a hard working person. I haven't seen he ordered any alcohol with his meal. With a family, kid and have to edit video by himself. During pandemic he can't travel as before so he have to find something for us to watch and enjoy. With all those food he ate, have you ever think? He might gotten food poisoning one of this day. That might cause him to lose some weight or may be another story but I'm 100% he not using any drug as some of you thinking. He is a family's man. He always smile no matter what kind of food he ate which some of you might not dare enough to put in your mouth. Give him and his family a respect. Peace !
Looks like he is a drug addict...look at his banana chin and also the glaze in his eyes...i think he use heroine... His eyes and chin says enough...also drug addict junkies always smile to people just to be accepted and to be liked so they can hide them drug adduction...
Mark, I concur with your observation in that (although I am in pretty good health) I can't comfortably eat as much as I could when I was an adolescent boy. Like you, I finish meals with fresh fruits, which have enzymes that help our bodies process the proteins we have consumed. This is a vital principle of good health and longevity.
Mark maybe you should be aware that the Horseshoe Crab(which is not crab) contains Tetrodotoxin (TTX) is a potent neurotoxin. Its name derives from Tetraodontiformes, an order that includes pufferfish, porcupinefish, ocean sunfish, and triggerfish; several of these species carry the toxin. Although tetrodotoxin was discovered in these fish and found in several other animals (e.g., in blue-ringed octopus, rough-skinned newts, and moon snails), it is actually produced by certain infecting or symbiotic bacteria like Pseudoalteromonas, Pseudomonas, and Vibrio as well as other species found in animals. And it’s an endangered species very old.
I often drive up to Hatyai from Malaysia and these seafood buffet restaurants are in the must-go list. If you go south about an hour to songkla/dannok, there's a restaurant name WaterView. Try and let me know what you think.
This is BEAUTIFUL! This place reminds of a similar looking pavillion-style place in David, Panama, where we ate with our hosts when we first arrived in that beautiful place a few years ago. This brings back those memories. I love this video!
Okay... I'm going to ask. I feel like Mark looks a bit emaciated in this video compared to ones from months and years ago and I can't help but worry if his health is alright? I hope it's just a diet he just came out of very recently and not any illness or a run in with Covid from travelling alot. Dors anybody know if he is actually ok and just lost a few pounds?
It's funny when you see everybody else eating the same thing that mark wiens is eating normally in the background and not even batting an eyelid and then mark wiens acting like he's won the lotto powerball jackpot with arms up like a praying mantis and eyes popping out of his sockets, so damn fake and hilarious.
I remember this place we been there once we pay around $13 australian dollar and my brother who live in Thailand he said its expensive,l told him in Australia buffet price $80 up...really love Thailand 🇹🇭 with their food..
@Pa. D lol. Thailand people have some of the best herbs and tasty savory dishes to go with the veggies. I’m thai and we eat that with almost everything. It’s delicious and healthy
I went this type of buffet twice in Thailand. The amount of time it took to cook and eat is so long. And it was so hot in Thailand too. I was just mad 😂 I will never eat like this again.
My son asked me the other day if there's anyone in the world that I admired or wanted to meet before I died.... after a generous amount of thought and time I could only think of one person, over and over one person. Mark, you're an inspiration to many. Looking back you lived exactly how you wanted too.......I don't know anyone else that can say that. Keep them coming sir. It really means alot to so many. Sometimes heros lie in the most unexpected of places.
This is insanely awesome. Great foodvlog. Really enjoyed it. Loads of cravings in just 10$...thats amazing. We are missing your first bite expression bending towards your right Mark. Please do it in next video. Great going.
Especially at THESE uncertain times... It's nice to be able to travel via YOUR posts to all THESE beautiful places and STILL enjoy from the comfort and safety of our home. Thanks Mark for bringing the different types of foods and culture to us.😘
Mark Your vids are the best and so educational whilst helping to give all these small business es a lot of exposure. Thank you sir and Keep up the good works. God bless you.
That is very cheap. This is the first time I see someone having a mookata with totally no meat at all. The dome shape metal is to let the meat juices flow down and make the soup more flavorful
Wearing a face mask under your chin is about as effective as a waterproof teabag. Why are the staff even bothering having one on at all if they are not putting it on their damn face. 😷😷😷😷
