They are open to the homeless people. It's not like a customer come in and was asked, "Hey, are you homeless? You can't come in." But if they lose, they're out a big chunk of money, so that could be bad.

🤔Why didn't you add the salad plate to your Pho?? That's one of the great elements of Pho!!!🤪 I eat Pho EVERY chance I get when I make it to the city once a month because not only do we not have anything like it in my neck of the woods but it's not something my husband cares for and I can enjoy my eats without alot of babble...living here in Texas it gets really hot in the summer and never deters me from my Pho😊👍🏻
