I frequently buy 4 rotisserie chickens from Costco at a time to meal prep. & then make broth from the carcasses. I can’t make chicken for what Costco sells them for.
Our lunch is always leftovers. Breakfast, get what you want. I always make a big dinner. I bake a lot of bagels, rolls & desserts. I cook eggs everyday for me, so if someone wants eggs in the mornings I will make them something too. They can always have a sandwich if they don’t want leftovers for lunch. 😊 You work so hard making them all happy.
Cooking a whole chicken and pork shoulder ahead of time is one of my go-to for leftovers. Makes the rest of the meals come together so much faster. Well Done on the whole meal plan.
I never would have thought to put a whole chicken in the crockpot and I use my crockpot all the time.I am definitely going to be trying this.Thank you❤❤❤
Thank you for making these videos. I am trying to budget better, but I have am nearly 500 lbs., so I eat a lot of food. I am now on a Diabetes/weight loss drug (Mounjaro), so I'm trying to meal prep more. I am virtually never hungry on this medication, which is huge for me. I have a heart condition, and swell up a lot due to food, sitting for work all day, and lack of exercise (I literally can barely move due to weight and swelling, so I'm kinda stuck in a vicious circle). I need to cut my sodium intake quite a bit, but I think that shouldn't be too difficult since I currently eat mostly processed foods and take out. Looking forward to your next videos! God bless.
My son was diagnosed last year with diabetes and by necessity we have gone to more keto type meals. Using more protein is more expensive but well worth the health benefits for him. Love your meals and channel!
I cook for 6 people. So that is definitely doable for one person. You can make several of these meals and then just eat off of one of them for several days if you don't mind left overs.
