I bought one in brown and have been using it for a few days. This review covers the mat quite well. No real movement while working at my desk. I use a small Apple keyboard so width is not an issue. I can see where it might be with a larger keyboard. I have not had any issues with heat from the charger.

Appreciate you sharing your experience! A smaller keyboard definitely makes it more usable. Think it was worth the cost for you? Based on the mention of Apple keyboard, I presume you also have an iPhone? I wonder if that is the discrepancy of heat from charging, since iPhones can only pull 7.5w while my Android is pulling 15w (double).

They have 2 versions: The regular pad is 26.8" wide by 14.6" tall; and the charging pad is an additional 3.9". The slim pad is 28.7" wide by 11.8" tall; and the charging pad is still an additional 3.9".

Agreed! They released an "ULTRA" model that is 2 inches longer.. but also $30 more expensive lolol. The only other change I see on it is a slightly updated charging puck design (no extra wattage, just a different design). They really needed that to be 4-6" longer, added 2-4" to the height, AND add faster wireless charging, to justify a $30 price increase on top of the already ridiculous price. That, and they need to come down to like the $89.99 mark on the original.

😆. I don't find it to be a chore at all - I hardly spend any time managing it. It's so little time that I've never even thought about it. It gets washed like once or twice a week maximum.
