this is 100% right, dont get me wrong, nobody should be supporting valve financially, but if you think ANY amount of money spent on tf2 makes even a dent in the pockets of valve, ya wrong.

The reason those out of sights were so expensive is because they have Typos. The normal.Outta Sight is doesnt have an ' in it, but the Typo Outta' Sight does
on 26th of may i unboxed 200 concealed killer cases and got a fac new red rock roscoe pistol and an unusual (battlescarred) sticky bomb launcher. I then spent about 20ish mins trading up and got another fac new pistol
10:50 lemme explain why people sell the "Outta' sight" for 60 to 80 bucks: March 2023, VALVe Empty TF2 developing offices everyone has moved to cs2 offices cause no work no mony, more work more mony Gabe Newell hired a fucking raccoon to work on adding the community made update and fix useless and subtle bugs the raccoon got the brilliant idea to rename the Outta' Sight how he dont know makes a new item with the same exact model removes the Outta' Sight from the loot of that box replaces it with the Outta Sight done wait the box is from a 2015 series many people inventories got the Outta' Sight and not the new version without the apostrophe what do i do i know absolutely nothing in short, someone at Valve, in an attempt to rename an object, did not know how to do it and created a new instance with the exact same model but with another name and removed the one with the original name from the loot. The original name still exists, and now that its unobtainable they sell for way more. The funny thing is that its rare until you sell it, as when you buy it you get the one without the aphostrophe anyways.
@@klementzzz by technicality. you can still screenshot your market purchase of the "Outta' sight" and say "hey i bought this hat for 80 dollars, it costed this much cause it had an apostrophe, now it doesnt because a tf2 bug patched it"
Disregard everyone who is harassing you in the comments. We just got the Summer Update, Bots are non existent at the moment, comic confirmed, and a weapon just got buffed for the first time in 6 years. Valve has finally done tangible things for us, the LAST thing we should be doing biting the hand that feeds us.
We need to wait at least a month to see if they keep it up and valve isn't the one wanting to work on tf2 the contractor they hired wanted to work on tf2 and valve just said he could
this is not how you should act when there is a movement to fix a game. dont be like Sam. he doesn't care about the game's state, nor the boycotts needed, nor the whole fixtf2 movement.
@@flamingpaxtsc they haven’t come back yet, and they are working on other shit in the backround including the final comic, improvement comes with time and we have seen minor improvement at the bare minimum so why push back even harder now?
