Idk if you have already but can you make a in depth video on your favorite rigs and why they work best I live in Cicero so the fishing is probably different here but anything that helps since I’m a novice not a totally noob but also not great

Since it says the value is $175 I’d say do $140 because you need to have 2 decent combos some sort of tackle box and baits and hooks I’m sure you can do it for $100 but I feel like $140 is fair

I've heard yall talk about needing snipps in multiple vids. It may be in your interest yakpack to put a small Swiss army knife on your keyring. Imo I think everyone should have a small multitool comes in more handy than just cutting line.

Its strange thing to catch fish and not eat em thats like shooting deer and not eating venison couldnt imagine sitting for weeks to have deer come in to just take a picture or shoot with a paintball and be like look at thst one i got. im here to eat meat and drink beer in life and it only counts if you kill it and eat it.

Help me understand how this is a "Fishing Kit Challenge", if all you use out of it is the rod and reels. You could have went to Walmart and bought 2 zebco slingshot combos, which are exactly the same as the ones you have, and saved $80. But either way, great fish.

I think that you only used half that kit, so for half that kit yea you didn't get the value out of it. But that bundle is a "toss it in the canoe and paddle to the island for a 4 day long weekend catch and cook" and not an afternoon of catch and release. Agree though, for the price there should be more tackle selection. On a lark yesterday I got a tackle box with "88" pieces for 5 bucks from the dollar store (pan fish selection, cheap and worthy of the laughs).

Soon as you pull a fish of bed theres no one there to prtect eggs from predators like sunfish. There just trying to prtect future generatioms. If you love fish, cstch and realese but rip fish away from possibles eggs.or young.

I would go for the 50 hooks as well. I don't see a reason for spending a bunch of money on terminal tackle that one can lose on every cast. A 10 cent large gauge hook works just as good as a 1 dollar large gauge hook. One may need to sharpen the 10 cent hook but that is a cost of time I don't mind paying.

Wierdest thing we kill huge 20 to 40 pound stripped bass on yellow and white in daylight and black and purple at night. Bass see silloutes and feel vibrations color and helps contast to water or to blend in so tge feed by distubance in water
