But... why are you taking a flight and roadtripping with strangers in the middle of a pandemic? Hate this trend of "do-good" youtubers who are actually incredibly careless. That's not to say the cause isn't good, but that shouldn't come at the cost of being socially irresponsible.
I appreciate the sentiment but I think there’s a way to travel and take a road trip and still take precautions and be responsible... I’ve heard medical professionals say “don’t gather indoors in large groups, wear a mask, spend time outside, and wash your hands,” which is what I’ve done since day 1.
@@JackCoyne But what is a flight if not a large gathering of people in an extremely confined space for hours? To hop off that flight and immediately expose yourself to the photographers and restaurant staff is what seems careless. No problem with the roadtrip part, and like I said the cause is good. But you could have had them shoot the footage themselves and gotten a similar video out of it.
I didn’t hop off the flight and immediately expose myself to anyone. I quarantined and got tested when I got to California. This isn’t in the video because it’s not relevant to this story. The CDC has really great guidelines about flying: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-during-covid19.html
