For a unique item, it's all guesswork. It might only sell for $30k minus a 33% fee at auction.

day light robbery at 30k, when expert just said 105K, auction it with a historical auction house, who knows it could fetch about 250k.

I will say I don’t usually say Rick lowball but in this case he definitely did I mean come on even if it takes a year with how much he has and such it would definitely be worth the risk and be an amazing piece for the shop

I wonder where the valuation comes from? There is nothing to compare it to. And I can understand saying it is worth 100 grand. But 105?. That seems pretty specific. Maybe I need to listen again, misheard?
