Hey Tatiana, Good PR with Michael-hopefully that appearance with land you a few more subs:-) AWESOME Video quality-TY:-) This property is laid out really well. One of the BEST!! Customized Furnishings included - Property seems to be reasonably priced. That huge front door is one of the largest I've ever seen. That large glass window over looking the pool-nice touch. That Entertainment floor-well done. That garage pocket door allows more height space available when you stack your cars. Parking for 15 cars avail. I dabble in RE and am impressed with this property at that price point. Cheers from Vancouver, Canada!!

I have an ocean front property in IOP SC that I rent. I installed electronic blinds. Renters broke them within first few months because they tried pulling on the bottom of them to open them. I replaced with inexpensive manual ones 🤣🤣.

As a Miami resident I really like Los Angeles.... even Mullholland ... I like the house, I think you did a great job presenting it too 👌🏻 I wish I could bear to pay the 13.3% ... 🙈🙈🙈 but I can’t. Would I buy it for a LA bolthole? ... not at that money but only because of the location the house itself is 👌🏻. Identification of the “right” house to put offers on at the moment is difficult. It’s got to be one of the Thrashers that’s under the most pressure or maybe even Niami’s $200m of unsold spec houses. This one is about $7.5. It’s a weird market... just when you think it’s actually dead it kicks a bit like the sale of the $71m spec house in Trousdale last month or The Manor selling for $120m yesterday. I might not be a local but Miami’s market where I live is more “readable”.

This property is extremely expensive no proper theatre,no sauna system.Just made for sale.Its Hollywood hills not Beverly Hills.

This property would cost near 30 million in Beverly Hills and the taxes would be two to three times as high, and there is a theater. Not everyone wants or needs a full blown theater.
