Excellent location, but it needs work. Not enough lights in that place, so it’ll be VERY dark at night. The kitchen cabinets looks like my first apartment, and that’s not a compliment. Install motorized shades so that the owner doesn’t have to hand draw them all. Remodel that bathroom with the orange fish shower into something sleeker with a rich wood. I’d try and haggle the price down and use the difference towards the remodel.
