At 15:03 mark you played 3 hands $500 per hand. Your middle hand was dealt 8+5+3+4=20. Dealer has an ace +7=18. The dealer took your money. $1k is owed to you.

Go to the video at 15 minutes 34 seconds. All these people are correct that you won the middle hand and she took your middle bet and paid your first hand. Not sure what she was thinking but accidents do happen. The casino definitely owes you $1,000 for the middle hand. $500 bet and $500 for the winning hand.

Surrender is your best friend when used properly. Surrender 16 to 9, 10, A and 15 to 10, A. It will save you tons in the long run. Rabbit hunting will always break your heart (the few times the right play hurts you). "If I woulda done this then this woulda happened."
Surrender is always the preferred option if it’s allowed. You can also surrender 16 vs 8 and 15 vs 9 as well as 14 vs 10 and ace if you are counting cards and count is high enough

Mr. Hand Pay, the dealer was cheated. You got 20 , and she should pay you that hand instead of transferring money to pay to the third hand when you doubled down and you won both hands.
I know it would be a pain in the ass but would you consider displaying your bankroll on the screen and showing it increase or decreases with the result of each hand? I’ve seen some channels do that recently and it makes the vids like 5x more engaging. Prob a pain to edit though so up to you!
