Proper insulation matters way more than the size of the room. Hvac systems are designed to cool if the room is larger you get a bigger unit. The insulation is what makes it more efficient
Of all the building you have shown this is my favourite. Some advice to increase interest; the view looks great during day, so why not include shots on how it looks during sunset or at night? I bet it looks even more amazing. 🎉

Beautiful building. The 2 bedroom would be perfect. I'd use the spare bedroom for a den/office. Only thing I would've wanted different was access to the balcony from the MB instead of the 2nd bedroom.

beautifully small. those living rooms are narrower than my hallway and my hallway is smaller than any normal sized hallway. perhaps if you knocked down the connecting wall between the living space and the bedroom to make it into one big room, the two bedroom could be a one bedroom that isn't as small as it presently is as a narrow two bedroom design. very nice hotel/condo building materials. very nice. loving the smooth cool stone and darkened glass work. very nice indeed. thank you.
I could absolutely live there! That sky bar is dope. That same living accomodation here in the states would be in the millions easliy, but for only $138k in Thailand? That, I can afford.
It might look cool, but can you imagine how hot it is with floor to ceiling glasses especially west facing with the strong afternoon sun？？ The AC will be working nonstop
These places are gorgeous and she beautifully glides through them showing them off. I think my 6' 4" 260 pound frame would accidentally destroy this place.
Wow what a great place and facilities. For this price, I can only dream of owning a condominium in Singapore. The cheapest condo here is at least a million Singapore dollars.
How are Thai building codes? Whenever i see nice places for such a low price, i'm always concerned the building codes are lacking and short cuts get taken.

Many thanks for your video, it seems a very nice modern building. I think I would only be able to afford the 1 bedroom, although I would change the living room by putting the couch against the wall and have a TV or projector screen above the bed. Otherwise it is very nice. 🙂
I love this sales lady, adorable. Sure nice condo's. A pool on the 32nd floor, would the wind not keep the water cold? I seen that at a resort in Honalulu...not heated due to wind

Do your research on foreign investment in thailand even these apartment buildings must be majority owned by Thais so under 50 percent of apartments in buildings can be bought by farang also you cannot do airbnb or short term rental as a foreigner you either buy to live in or buy as investment and property management rents out for most of the year and you can stay a couple of weeks every year yourself
