I love Thrive market. Mostly because I can put in my profile some perimeters on what I need to eat and they help you find products you can eat. I'm diabetic and I keep my blood sugar low and level with just diet and exercise. No medicines or insulin. It's so important for me to know what's in my food. Thank you for sharing so much information so that others can take charge of their health and dietary needs.

@@naturalsimpleliving I am obviously a type 2 diabetic. A type 1 would still be on insulin, however, they could use less if they controlled what they ate and exercised. Most people don't understand the correlation between our health and what we eat. You can heal with the proper foods. I hear it's just too expensive to eat healthy. I find it way less expensive than needing continuous health care. One visit to a doctor or emergency room would pay for a lot of better foods. Medicines, while sometimes necessary, are costly as well. They also have unpleasant and sometimes critical side effects. When I was diagnosed with diabetes, I was way overweight, had poor eating habits and never exercised. It was hard to change a lifetime of bad habits . I was already over 50. Within 6 months of hard work, I was down over 30 lbs and off of several medications. By the end of a year I was off all medicines and down 50 pounds. In total I've lost 80 pounds (the size of a middle school child). Thrive helps me by providing snacks and treats that are better for me than what's in the typical grocery store. Having treats on occasion keeps me on track. Have a super blessed week.

Hi friend! I just got organic pumpkin pie pumpkins at the Madison farmer’s market last Saturday. I didn’t know Costco had them. I decided against the pumpkin seed at Costco because they’re grown in China, and I’ve heard bad things. I buy mine on Amazon now Wilderness Poets Oregon pumpkin seeds. Headed to Costco tonight. We’ll be buying many of the same things. God bless 🙏🏼❤️

I have a question. I am trying to make smart(er) choices, and I switched from vegetable oil to canola oil years ago. I've read on several sites that canola oil is fine, but I saw here that you don't use it. Where can I read about why you don't use canola oil? Thank you so much for all of the videos you post.
