I think it feels like less fps because the polling rate on the Havit mouse is only 125hz compared to the usual 500hz or 1000hz. Basically your PC only receives position updates from the mouse every two frames.
I use the starlight 12 ares medium and I’ve had no issues with the side buttons, imo I think they are the best ones I’ve tried. Unfortunately finalmouse don’t have the best qc especially for a $500 mouse lmao
I had been using the Ultralight 2 and was going to get a Starlight 12 too but noticed the QC issues when my left click started misfiring a second time on lift off. At first it seemed like some sticky gunk got on the actual switch so I cleaned it after popping it open but after a few months it developed into such a pain and had begun affecting my gamplay. I ended up settling for the Glorious Model O Wireless as it gives me a very close weight and profile without a giant cost and seemingly better QC.
The thing that was changing, It was your mouse polling rate, It was at 400 pullrate as standard when you pluged it in the 1st time, but you can raise it in the mouse settings. Your main mouse is at a 1000 polling rate, witch is way smoother and makes your mouse speed a bit lower.
If it feels like your playing in a lower hertz, it’s because of the mouse spilling rate. If a mouse polling rate responds at 30 FPS, it’ll feel like you looking around in 30 FPS 👍 hope that helps
Try different monitors, each one with different refresh rates, so like one 60hz, 144hz, 240hz and 360hz, maybe even like a 30hz one if thats possible : )
@@xGeeear2 i couldn't get my hands on one but from what i have heard from the best mouse reviewers is that its just from another world... maybe qc... i have tried the superlight and the side buttons are trash.. so mushy.... and i have tested 3 of them cause i tought they were faulty... even the mouse reviewers i watch said the same.. every other aspect about the gpx is great.... i mean they could have kailh 8.0 like the latest finalmouse but still the 2nd best in terms specs. hope i can get a finalmouse in the next batch.
fun fact: mice have a refresh rate, most modern gaming mice are 1000hz and some more expensive mice have 8000hz but most old mice are around 125-500hz which may not sound like much since the highest monitor currently is 370hz but it does make a huge difference
Bro the funny part is that the cheap mouse was my first mouse (it came in an amazon bundle with a keyboard). Comparing it to my G Pro X Superlight, it was large, hard, and heavy AF. Wait... why did that sound sus 😲
I picked up the logitech g pro superlight in the black Friday last year. I will never go back to wired. I use to use the model o and the superlight feels amazingly good.
i have a 5$ mouse, i play on console and it doesn't feels bad, it's pretty good (and btw, i had the chance to play with a g203 and a g502 at 240 fps, and i'm ngl, it doesn't feels to much difference) and of course, good video Jerian 🖒
I use the razer Deathadder essential. Not the lightest mouse in the world, but it has chunky side buttons (used for wall and stair) and a really comfortable shape. I have large hands so getting a really light, but small mouse is not really the best option for me. My sibling has a steelseries prime, but I don't like it as much because the scroll wheel is too tight and the thumb buttons are too flush to the side surface. Also, thanks for the regular content.
That win u got Jerian with the G pro wireless super light really showed me how good u actually are holy crap. Your insane! May we never get in a fight bc I will leave the game
The Finalmouse might be used and it could be that the previous owner broke the side buttons, or it could been dropped, that could be the reason the mouse was sold That would be my opinion
Yup, those side buttons remind me of the ones on my old mouse after time that just started to feel stuck kind of and builds wouldn't place but like a month ago I switched to the glorious Model o and it feels amazing
I don’t know why, but a lot of cheaper mouses have little weights in them that you can take out by opening them up. That might be part of what was making it heavier.
imagine if jerian never shared his tips and tricks. he would never have had 1.42 mil subs but he would literally be the next bugha. we wouldve called him Jugha
the wireless mouse was 25khz that why its so responsive, my mouse is the razer viper 8k and it made a huge difference when I upgraded from steel series sensei ten which was 1000hz. higher polling rate less input delay
Can you make another video about Key2ximput I did not quite understand and there was now also a new update would be very happy. i love your videos have a nice day.
jerian u prly wont see this comment, but the problem on the first mouse was the polling rate (the amount of updates per second sent from the mouse to ur pc). it was prly set to like 125hz or sum (ur normal mouse has 1000hz) and thats why it felt shaky.
hi jerian, keep up the good work you've grown so much since i've been watching you, i remember when you would make tips and tricks videos and you had like 10k subs and now your over 1 million good job
I spent 400$ for the mouse and I hate it for fortnite. I thought it was just me that my builds wouldn’t place with the side buttons and the clicks on it feel a little too stiff to press
You didn't get one that came from the Finalmouse convention. The Pegasus (white model) is the one that came from Finalcon. Yours is from an online drop in November!
