Im getting ready to build a single speed and bought Vittoria Barzo 2.25's to be more fast rolling. Ive seen those Kendas but i do tubeless on everything!
Those cranks you took off are a lot better than the ones you replaced them with. Better off buying a new replacement crank spindle. Unless the crank arms were stripped out. Nice fix up none the less. Oh and get rid of those chain tensioners! You definitely don't need them when your dropouts are that small. Looks so much cleaner without!
Thanks. I know. The old cranks were toast, and I already had the other cranks laying around. I wish I could go without the chain tensioners, but I've had the wheel slip too many times.
Haha. Yeah, that rod was ridiculous. My son will usually ride this bike now, and we have some small jumps down the street we'll play on in the evenings.
