I absolutely LOVE the details of the showing of this mansion! Presenting the interior then the exterior and surroundings this was a great presentation......song choice was not my fav though!!! 💯👌
Even though it’s dated people who haven’t lived in Hawaii don’t understand that they don’t have the same materials available or building materials available due to cost, weather and climate etc. the same materials used in the mainland aren’t able to be used sometimes in the houses in Hawaii and if they are its 10x the price
Great location but super dated decor. Island compounds should be one story sprawl to my preference. Lots of updating in decor needed esp in kitchen and bathrooms...
17M. For 5M b it's expect a custom home theatre room, gym and walking k walk in wine cellar... Yes this home if a drawn home still... Is in a prime location etc. But without those 3 features..
Gorgeous home. But, to think...many pro athletes and movie stars couldn't afford this $17M home. :) I think Wesley Snipps was said to be worth around 10M. Dolph Lundgreen (played Ivan Drago in Rocky 4)...was worth around $35M I think in 2019. Maybe worth more or less today. Many worth under $10M. Only the "elite" like Sly Stallone, Tom Cruise are worth around $500M...Jackie Chan and Jet Li close...worth over $450M each...that surprised me...didn't think they had that much work and got paid so much... I wonder who bought this this home. Some Fortune 500 tycoon?
Question! How do you close the wall from the living room to the outside? I was thinking it would be like a garage door hiding in the ceiling, but there are lights there so it couldn't be tucked up there. Then I thought maybe a sliding door, but alas no room on other side. Then I was like, "surely it isn't ALWAYS opened"😲. I couldn't sleep well Being that exposed. So some of you ritzy folks help me out. Where is the "wall"???
Hey Scott, the door is recessed into the wall, but it's in sections - kinda collapses on itself. There's a huge track at the top that it slides on - pretty incredible engineering!
