Some interesting items there! The sweet potato treats (that look purple on the packet, but aren't really) have me intrigued. Those who watch your videos regularly would know you rarely grab high-sugar snacks or heavy carbs ha ha! I personally find the flavour nicer and the texture is more meaty in my opinion. They have a more pronounced flavour

As a research analyst on food your carbohydrate and sugar selection is off the scale sadly 😢. At 72yrs l see the result of high carb, high sugar diets like this in my boomer friends who are slowly realising they wish they opted for a low carb low sugar diet like keto years ago. Let me know if you want me to tell you what my shopping trolley looks like 😊
