Was thinking the same thing, but truth be told, for someone who's a real estate agent and not a yacht broker he did a great tour. Plus he gets major points for stepping out of his comfort zone. Awesome video!!

Well, that's a very high bar to approach, Nick from Aquaholic does the most amazing Yacht videos. He keeps the Yacht in the frame at all times ( which is amazing and as it should be) while explaining everything in perfect detail and termenatlogy! In my opinion, it doesn't get any better than that!

Honestly, I am not a nautical guy myself, but I watch Star Trek. Was a bit annoyed when I heard "kitchen" instead of "galley" but I definitely was annoyed when I heard "captain's quarters" instead of "bridge" (I honestly thought we were going to see a bedroom.) I do watch his videos as I like the "cool" element he brings when showing properties, but because of how "unpolished" Jason is, he makes it difficult for me to take seriously. I imagine though where he lacks in polish and substance, he makes up for by perhaps inside knowledge...something I'd probably want to ascertain when I am ready to invade Miami with my tendies... 😁

@@JasonMatouk for someone whose not up on the sea terms. You did a good job. Cause your just selling floor space on the water instead in a condo. Only with the extra a superyaght has, e.g engine room and a bridge.

@@danrogers5921 he is one of the best. Although I enjoy The Yacht Guy, Nautilus, James at Sunseeker. Denison yachts. There aren't many I dont enjoy. But Aqualholic in my top 3 easily, if not no 1.

This exact boat have actually been on Aquaholic the exact same boat cheack out Aquaholic Gulf Craft Majesty 140 but to be honest he doesent know every boat terms, but still good to do boat tours when you put it in mind this is Jason's first one

I agree, easy listening, and will add you to my subscribe list sir. Being a disabled British Army veteran. I'm laid up 99.9% of the time. So much that even this lockdown is just another day for me. So I get go watch a lot of TV etc. Last year I started watching Superyacht walkthroughs, and now have over 2000 in my own saved list. I miss being at sea, as although I joined up 3 separate times. Jnr Ldr Royal Artillery in 88, Achilles tendon injury so reinlisted in 90. Joined RCT Maritime, on Amry Landing Craft, Mexeflote Rafts, small fast boats etc, 90 to 93. In 01 split from ex, so trained 2 yrs to join SAS Sigs Sqn. Broke my back on a weekend off from selection, doing a charity parachute jump. Very long boring 27yr ongoing health nightmare. With debt up to my eyeballs, after being conned by 2 car traders. After selling my dream car (even only a cheap car, as on benefits. It was lovely). I almost died in nov 2018. So sold it to buy dream convertible version, as wanted one before I end up in a wheelchair. It was bad buy, and next one after. Lost thousands. So had cheaper car. Sold day b4 lockdown, so now £20,000 in debt over 8 yrs, with no car, but £1900 left. So saving til dec, to try and get car to last next 5 yrs. Then I can top loan up to get back on track. With next option. Either last of shape of my dream car, or next model up on first of shape. A fool can dream lol. Oops sorry. Where I live alone, my back tablets have kicked in big time and I'm floating on my sofa with a redy brek glow loving the world again, I type and talk for England me OCD style lol.
