While pricey for a kid's product, this is technically the most affordable Tesla vehicle you can get brand new. Is it true these are locked behind a requirement to own or be in line to purchase a full-sized Tesla car? Regardless, thanks for the review! Looks very fun, but not terribly comfortable for adults.
I bought one, almost two. Wish it was during the 2 week ship period because mine shipped almost immediately. After watching reviews from people who had just started receiving theirs I decided to cancel mine but I was too late. When it arrived and I started putting it together the feeling sunk in that this is more Radio Flyer than Tesla because of what a child safe machine this is because it is SUPER SLOW. Then I though about the video of the guy who set his Tesla on fire because his warranty was expired and his replacement battery was something like 20k+ if I remember correctly and then that aspect make me think, the cyberquad is Tesla in the marketing surpassing the performance aspect. I grew up poor and never got to enjoy riding quads or dirtbikes. Now as a parent, Im a college grad with a good career and wanted to give my kids something I missed out on so I bought them one. Theyve been on quads, this is a let down. That is my families first Tesla experience. Im good to try ninebot gokart but Im disgusted by Tesla. The performace of this is equivalent to a $500 powerwheels machine from walmart and thats being generous. What kind of person/company has no problem taking 4x the amount of money their product is actually worth? TESLA
Just got my CyberQuad today too. I'm excited. BTW, what is the electric leaf blower? More info on that.. I needs a good one for cleaning cars, and my electric toys!
Congrats! You gotta let us know how you like it. I recently bought that little blower and I love it, super powerful and small/portable. They call it a Compact Workshop Blower, here's Amazon link: amzn.to/34uVk02 (I bought mine at Home Depot)
@@deusex-machina2835 FALSE, It would never happen because people would see what a garbage product this is. I've had this for more that 5 months for my kids and they have never asked to ride it again after the first day when we all discovered what a sluggish POS it is. I just came back hoping Shmanke would have posted a mod kit or DIY hack but no luck. My kids are skinny 10 and 11 year olds and I dont want to take shots at Shmanke but he says " its alot of fun"... NO IT IS NOT. The civil descriptive word for it would be unremarkable. maybe alot of fun for a 5 year old? My kids can go faster on be more excited on their bikes.
10:00 - "It's great down hills!" For $2000 I cannot justify this purchase. I was hoping this would be an option against something like a Yamaha YZF50 for my daughter, (since it's quiet and cleaner), but this can barely go up a real hill, has no front suspension, has no front brakes, and the steering linkage is the first thing you hit if you drive into a log or rock. It's just not a real quad, despite being priced like one. I can't imagine the profit margin Tesla is earning on these.
For $2200 brand new off the lot, you can get a Yamaha YZF50 ATV that is faster and safer (since it has front and rear brakes and front and rear suspension)
Judging by the quality of those part for build, they wouldn't be able to. Creating an ATV with proper suspension components to withstand over 40mph impacts offroad. That would require quality parts and expert assembly. It wouldn't be able to be shipped with an Allen wrench.
I NEED one ;) What no GPS fence option to keep the kids local to mom & dad? Maybe an option in the future. Impatient with that battery charging for sure!
Y'all're havin' way too much fun!!! LIL! Love it! More, I love how it turned you into a kid, and likewise your brother (?)!!!!! Great video. I will enjoy this one vicariously, thanks! 🤪
I live in NH. The prices on quads are high across the board. 2 grand is a great deal for this. This looks equivalent to a 90cc quad and they go for over 3 grand new around here
No this would at most be equivalent to like 30cc, I had a yamaha raptor 90 most of my childhood and it was awesome. Easily cruises at 30-40mph qnd could climb hills with with two small passengers.
@@s1e_dm I absolutely agree. For $2200 brand new off the lot, you can get a Yamaha YZF50 quad that is faster and safer than this (since it has front and rear brakes and front and rear suspension).
My kids have been on gas quads at their cousins, now they have a Cyberquad because I bought them one. They learned a big lesson on disappointment thanks to TESLA and RADIOFLYER.
It's interesting how they're doing their recall. All you have to do is send the controller back and then promise to destroy the whole quad. So everyone's going to have a full refund but it's up to you to destroy the rest of it
👍✋Extra Good job 👏👌 Wow, Great view, I love to see new places 👍✌️ Great movie 👍 Bravo 👋 And I have a new movie from a walk around the city 😊 Yours sincerely, DJ Janusz from Warsaw Poland ✌️ 🇵🇱✋
“Worst design hubcaps hes ever seen” (takes out a tool instead of using hand and it works. Also mind u he’s probably never seen hubcaps considering his knowledge.
What an ugly design , I thought we were over the sharp edges design 4 decades ago , this looks like a DYI project from a “ Red neck garage “ , Tesla design on the Cyber truck design it’s the same .
No suspension. You can get a gas one for this much with suspension, and faster, with a better frame, and better wheels and tires for the same price. Try...harder next time noobs.
@@FrostbeatzMusic Do you have one? If you do I can't imagine you actually being satisfied. I bought one and its the biggest regret purchase I've made in 10 years. Two companies pissed in my Cheerios and split $1k each of my money while doing it, Tesla and Radioflyer.
