Interesting showing, thank you for posting. The high-end features are in line with the price point and i like the view as you enter the home. It comes down to a matter of personal preference. The space is a bit to condensed from my perspective. The living room, dining room kitchen are sitting on top of one another (Personally, at the price point, i would desire a formal dining room(prep kitchen is very well done). The BBQ and the way too narrow to be a cocktail pool, appears to be toward the front of the house and is normally to the rear b/c it is more private and quiet. The primary screams luxury but is much too condensed and the wardrobe closet is too small for 2 (it would be fine if it were a his/her). I did not stick around long enough to view the 2nd level. We live in a "Build it and they will come society, and again, it's all a matter of personal preference, so i am sure this will appeal to many. again thank you for posting as it is always entertaining to view comparison & contrast when considering a purchase.
Chase......Wow! I really appreciate the thought you put into this. And I absolutely agree, it is all personal preference. Location drives so much in this location (drive your golf cart to the PGA global HQ and play a round). This same house - new construction - PLUS 1 acre and another 500-800 sf, semi custom, 35 minutes from this location.....available right now at $1.5 - $1.9 million. Your comments are spot on and would be in-line as well with my personal preferences---but I'm not buying.
