Had to film this video in the garage and its a litle less crisp as i'd like but please enjoy this quick unboxing of a 1915 $2.5 Gold Quarter Eagle from Liberty Coin on eBay. Why pay these ridiculous premiums on Silver Bullion when there are local deals and auctions on eBay. Sure the price gouging their has begun but you might find a unicorn.

Butchy Harding A $5 Indian Head will be my next Pre 33 Coin, followed by the other $5 Eagle and then $10 you get where I’m going lol! Sweet Coins!

I often wondered, if Lyon Belle Pratt, asked an Indian to sit for him while he sculptured his face. They did on the Buffalo nickel, but would be interesting to know if he did.

Hey great idea, please consider using my link if you do. Heads up, they stopped allowing us to buy Platinum as they cannot guarantee physical to further back up the price now. So just to let you know that in case you were considering Platinum as your reason for signing up. However on the positve - they have increased their inventory for redemption - just the premiums are still too high at the moment. I think all Spots are about to rise and therefore i don't think you can go wrong but honestly, who knows.

This is such an attractive coin, as is the Half Eagle. I would love to see the Mint issue a gold 1oz-er commemorating this design at some point. Hell, I'd scoop up all the fractionals too, if they went all out.

I just bought one of these $2.5 dollar gold coins today (9/26/2020) and paid $ 550.00 usd. It’s graded MS 62. I may start collecting the pre 1933 gold coins now. I normally am a silver bug but I may have caught gold fever lol.

3/19/2020 just bought a bunch of 1 ounce silver buffalos for $14.60. $2.20 over spot. GAINSVILLE COINS here in. Florida. Great company will ship out May 8th. Thought you stackers might want to know.

I was making an ebay purchase for a 2021 1 oz. gold eagle from Liberty a few weeks ago. At checkout I was stunned to see that they added 7% Indiana sales tax to my total so I aborted the purchase ( Indiana has zero tax on gold and silver bullion and coins ). I already knew the answer but I went to my local coin shop and asked the owner who told me that anyone charging an Indiana sales tax on a gold coin is pocketing that money. Liberty lost any potential business from me. SD Bullion sold me the gold eagle and charged zero Indiana tax !

I take back my last comment, the premiums is nuts. I my self got onto OneGold threw Apmex. This way I can take full advantage of the low silver and gold spot prices. 😁 Liberty coin, I will have to check it out.

The few times I've picked up a gold piece like this I buy a graded ms70. It always pays off! Sometimes in less than a year the premium is doubled. Spending a large chunk of change already you might as well be certain it's perfect and get your money back and then some when it comes time to sell

You can't find these in MS70, lol. An MS 66 or MS 67 pre 1933 quarter eagle is like 20 grand depending on date. Usually 67+ is the top pop for pre 33 quarter eagles.

Longbeard Silver Im avoiding 40% Premiums on Physical Bullion at the moment and only buying paper Silver until Covid-19 cases peak and then show the first declines in N. America. Till then it’s Au and Cash.
