when the shell sticking to the meat, thats means its fresh. when you eat seafood, if the shell not sticking to the meat which means you eating frozen food. hope it helps whenver you come to picking seafood or judging seafood

Shelbs- that seafood plate looks amazing and i really love the look of the salad one with prawns. I feel for Chase and the Pyelitis- enough bananas for now thanks. Keep up the amazing work guys. Love your vlogs.

In two months it will be the rainy season so the weather will not be very nice though . You should go in December or January , February , March .

OMG! All that seafood looks amazing! Sometimes you just have to order some veggies to keep you feeling healthy! What about the little bananas that you can find in Thailand and Vietnam Shelbs? Those are way better than the ones we get in Canada (which I DO NOT eat!) Looking great guys! All the festivals 😄 Chase! So reasonably priced!

Indian and Thai curry is much stronger flavored than Vietnamese curry.

If you like real Vietnamese curry (kah-ree)and great Chinese fried rice (kom-chien-yun-chau) you need to go down South to the Mekong Delta's Sóc Trăng city in Sóc Trăng province. Sóc Trăng probably has more Chinese-Vietnamese than all of Vietnam so the rice, soups, noodles, and dessert are excellent. It won't waste your effort, especially the curry (kah-ree). They have at least 3 meat options curry: goat, chicken, and beef.
