You're underestimating the 3rd and 2nd devisions They have many good African players who have really good quality / cost ratio and are really motivated to get noticed by upper devisions The local talent are also in a fierce competition for the same reason. Don't also forget the harsh weather conditions. Also if you're used to drinking then you will be out of luck and will have to endure not drinking for a long time It will not be a walk in the park. That's why they're trying to make it up to players with the higher salaries
